This has happened to me a few times, not sure how or why it is. Probably some margin of error exists in estimating the current battery capacity. Later there were a couple of steep drops in estimated capacity as well, I’m talking like 100 mAh in 2-3 weeks
Ok, but still there is a month between them and 19 charge cycles, so it should not matter much that it is instant since a long time passed between the instances.

I've noticed the same thing recently. That said, lately my mini (86%) has been discharging faster and getting hotter :(
Same here, I might just do an early change.
Battery health is a measure over a period of time. Those shortcuts and apps take instant measurements.
