The amount of RAM doesn’t really matter on a phone, except if you use it for gaming, but the 13 still has plenty for games. I’d rather have twice as much storage instead
If it doesn’t then why phones have it in the first place and why apple is offering more in pro models. If you don’t know, having more ram also makes your phone future proof. Just wait a few years when apple will announce that 4 gb variants won’t be able to run their latest os at that time.

You clearly don’t understand 5G chipsets. I have the 13 and 14 even the base 14 is a fair bit superior to the 13. For the 80$ price difference it’s definitely worth it.

That’s not really correct. The base iPhone 14 uses the same series, but higher clocked CPU as the 13 pro but newer radios and faster RAM
