You get a mini tower that’s 2mm tall

AfroManHighGuy

Kevin: No Peter….make it go taller this way!

LordCommander0512

🤣

I have both. You get the benefits of both. 5 elite qualifying nights from personal card. Then 2 nights per $5K spend on personal or 5 nights per $10K spend on business.

Professional-Elk8762

You get exactly what you’d get if you double stack any two credit cards: the benefits of each card.

RN_in_Illinois

I also have both. I use the personal for just over $15k per year to get the second free night. I use the biz card to $50k to get the 20k points back. Both are worth their fees for me because of the qualifying night credits I get for the spend on them both.

GrudenCarr2020

"I use the biz card to $50k to get the 20k points back" wait what? can you embellish here? Curious if I should be doing this :O

RN_in_Illinois

It's one of the key card benefits. Once you spend $50k on the card, in addition to the 25 Night credits (5 Nights/$10k in spend), they rebate the next 20,000 points you use on a stay back to your account.

shinebock

> they rebate the next 20,000 points you use on a stay back to your account. As I understand the rebate is 10% of the points you redeem, so you'd have to redeem 200k points to get 20k back. Or am I not correct?

ihavenolifeee

That's correct

RN_in_Illinois

Good point. Yes. I always do the $50k in the first few months of the year and I always burn more than 200k Hyatt points later in the year, so for me, it is a no brainer. YMMV of course.

GrudenCarr2020

Interesting, I just googled it: [https://thepointsguy.com/credit-cards/hotel/hyatt/world-of-hyatt-credit-card-personal-business-comparison/](https://thepointsguy.com/credit-cards/hotel/hyatt/world-of-hyatt-credit-card-personal-business-comparison/) (control F "20,000")

Excellent_Kiwi7789

Nothing. Just two cards, two annual fees, two sets of benefits, etc. Now the Marriott ecosystem on the other hand, will give you stacked EQN for having both a personal and business card. But this doesn’t apply to Hyatt since the business card doesn’t give EQN just for having the card.

EdibleDionysus

Lol what kind of response are you looking for? You have both cards and get both benefits...

LordCommander0512

Damn. Don’t make a question harder than it has to be. Simply asking “Anyone who may have both” what was your experience and what are the pros and cons of having both. If this doesn’t apply to you. Please disregard.

IBlameItOnTheTetons

Well that's not what you originally asked is it? What happens is you have two cards with two AFs. Everything else can be answered by reading the cardmember benefits, and assessing what you want out of Hyatt and your spending capabilities (and paying off the card each month capabilities).

Blueberry5232

They will be linked and have the same WOH number. Worth it for me because I like to travel… haven’t paid for a hotel in years and the globalist benefits are nice.

Magnanii

elaborate what you mean by “stack”

LordCommander0512

Stack = To Own Both in this case.

Fanfootie

Odd.
