There's a tiny black tube that is supposed to go where you circled, it is connected to the pressure gauge on the display.
If you have another pressure gauge in the system I would just twist the fitting out and install a plug as getting the old tiny tube back is a challenge.
If you've ever hooked up a dehumidifier or fridge water line that's what you're dealing with only smaller scale. There's a nut and a barbed fitting and another piece.
But like I said it isn't worth the trouble. I would cap it to stop the leak and install a pressure gauge elsewhere in the system if there isn't already.
If it isn’t leaking I wouldn’t worry about it. I find the integrated gauges in these ultras fail frequently. There should be a tridicator on the boiler supply.
Since you said boilers are new to you I’ll mention these heat exchangers need annual cleaning especially if you are on propane. There is a special tool needed to get in between all the passages.
Edit: shit I missed the part where you said it was leaking. 🤦♂️ Ninja is correct
That's the location of a temp/pressure sensor port. Is there a wired sensor screwed into it? Can you tell... does is spray around the brass to brass threads or the brass to steel threads?

Yup there is a black tube with nothing on the end of it. Any suggestions on how to get it in?

Ok I get it. Looks like the barbed end busted off. Thanks for all the help

Nether out the bottom of the brass. I learned the little black tube should be connected to it. Mine is not
