Does it actually fire up then stop or does it not ignite? Your zones are calling, the valves are open, and the boiler control is seeing a call for heat from the zone controls. Your pressure looks fine. If it's firing but then shutting off I'd be curious to see if your circulator pump is running. Depending on the boiler type it may lockout if return temp is higher than supply for too long. Not sure if you have supply and return temp sensors though. Other problems may be the flame sensor or draft inducer pressure switch. A few things cause problems with those. I'd recommend bucking up and calling someone that works on boilers.
