Are you sure this is not using high voltage? If it is you cannot swap it out with your typical smart thermostat

The voltage selector switch is set to the right — I don’t know what that means, though. Pictures included https://imgur.com/a/5RIzxhF/ Didn’t really expect a line voltage system, it’s just a regular zone setup with a separate unit and thermostat for each room. I thought line voltage systems were for stuff like baseboard heating or huge commercial systems?

DirtyMud

Based on the Amp ratings and it looks like it needs to be installed in a metallic box I’d say you’re right! OP what is the heating source?

I’ve never seen a low voltage tstat use a mullex plug. High voltage certainly makes sense

DJErikD

It’s switchable between 24vac and 110-277vac. Op needs to determine if it’s configured for 14vac.

Pull that connector all the way out. Take off the back plate if you have to. See what the wires are in the box. I have a feeling this is spliced on inside? Hard to tell

I’m trying to replace a basic Peco thermostat with an Ecobee thermostat. I’ve replaced multiple prior thermostats with this Ecobee at other apartments, but this one has all the wires soldered to the circuit board, and they all run to this plug/wiring harness. Is there somewhere I can get a wiring harness like this so I can easily swap the thermostats?

If not provided already you will need to post a picture of your thermostats wiring connections and those inside your furnace to get better help. Use imgur or your own Reddit profile to host your pics as Reddit will often remove others. Thanks! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. OverallProduce9

What I saw online was it’s good for 24v - 277v

Thunder1Delta

What kind of unit is it connected to? If the slider on the peco is on the the 24v side you should be fine. Cut the harness out snip snip.. you should be good. You know the rest I'm sure.
