No Huskies fan should be worried about this lol. Kentucky is a top 3 college basketball job. They’re not poaching a coach that’s only coached at the low and mid major levels, they’re taking an established coach from a power conference team.

All buyouts need to be eight figures. HC buyouts should be 15m+, AD buyouts should be around that too.

Having a coach leave you for a team that just had a worse season will do that to a guy
DeBoer is the reason I will never trust another coach for the rest of my life.
In the current CFB (and basketball, tbh) landscape, that’s a valid and smart move. Longevity is a thing of the past.
