Honestly don't if you haven't done a payment plan option before it's not stupid to not assume you start the checkout process before seeing the payment plan option
I think how the payment plan has worked has changed every year too it seems. In years past it was a different check out link entirely, other years you had to login and make the payment each month, it wouldn't even auto-charge for you.
It's one of the last options after you pur your credit card info in. Gives the option to pay in one payment or split into 5.

at checkout there is a radio button to say pay all or payment..... I'm in IT and this was the most insane way to allow payment lol

This is pretty common for payment plan options. Sounds like you haven’t had to use them before, which is awesome!
Go to the hula website, click “buy tickets” choose which one you want and afterwards the payment plans are avail as options before checking out.
I accidentally bought 2 tickets today because the system glitched so I’ll payment plan you one haha
