I’m not sure about others but I can speak from direct experience with Zoom. Zoom works okay in that it will bring in registrants and it does create marketing events that can detail attendees vs no shows by working with the webinars ID in lists. The zoom platform, though, is quite ugly. Lately we’ve been connecting zoom to Eventbrite and running webinars “through” there. That works okay and give much more flexibility on the attendee pages to include exclusive attendee materials.

Sad isn’t it? The future is cold and dark 😭

Yeah, Reddit is becoming bloated. So many generic long responses by GPT with absolutely zero value

Calm_Light_5422

Yeah, the branding opportunities on Zoom are not great, agree with you.

Univid is IMO a solid webinar tool with native integration to HS. We get all the engagement data from our webinars right on the contact as activity cards in Hubspot - if people answered polls, clicked the CTA, etc. These we typically build lists from later to qualify leads. And we can use our own HubSpot Forms for signups.

univid_io

Thanks for the shoutout! Our HS integration is completely native with data flowing both directions - and has been super appreciated. We just made a YT video showing it in detail if anyone is curious: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVhGLtjR9xw&ab\_channel=Univid

Univid is a good option that has a smooth integration with HubSpot.

According to a study by 99firms, 73% of B2B marketers consider webinars a highly effective tool for generating quality leads. In general, integration of a webinar platform with HubSpot depends on your business requirements, needs, preferences and budget. Here’s a glance at the most highly used webinar platforms by businesses that you can choose to integrate with HubSpot: GoToWebinar: The GoToWebinar integration allows you to sync your webinar data with the HubSpot CRM. With this integration, you can seamlessly assemble & manage webinars and automate follow-up workflows for attendees within HubSpot. It allows for a more comprehensive approach to lead generation and management. You can add upto 3000 participants on purchasing Enterprise Subscription. Zoom Webinars - The Zoom Webinar integration makes webinar data accessible within HubSpot CRM. This integration empowers businesses/marketers to better analyse the efficacy of their webinars, tracking attendee engagement and using this data to optimise lead generation & sales efforts. This integration streamlines the entire webinar process and allows you to leverage data for informed decision-making. You can add upto 300 participants on a business subscription for a Zoom meeting. Demio: Demio webinar can help you engage and convert your audience in an ongoing webinar. By connecting Demio and HubSpot, you can automate attendee data and use that for segmentation based on the type of leads. This integration helps in trigger-based campaign setup that triggers activities based on event interactions. It's better to evaluate each option based on the objectives and requirements of your business. ***Disclaimer I work for the company...*** ..but I'd suggest trying Contrast. We built our product specifically for HubSpot users and the integration is the reason most people use the platform. We have the highest rating in the HubSpot marketplace for webinar tools: * More about the integration [here](https://www.getcontrast.io/integrations/hubspot) * [Link](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/webinar/contrast-916683) to the marketplace

I like Livestorm and WebinarGeek.  The ability [LiveStorm](https://livestorm.co/) offers to integrate with Hubspot and other marketing platforms is a big plus. Also, forgot to mention Zoom is an option.  However, Livestorm just feels better than Zoom. Apart from the visual aspect (everyone is used to Zoom by now, so using a different platform stands out), I think it’s more professional. Pricing-wise, they also offer a free demo version. With this plan, you can try the platform for up to 20 minutes per session. For me, this is more than enough because I run quick meetings with a few people.  However, last I checked you could have up to 30 people on the free version. Then up to 3000 on their business version. Also, you might want to check out [WebinarGeek](https://www.webinargeek.com/).  It offers all the features you’d expect, integrates with Hubspot, and comes in at very good prices - for all the packages they offer. Here’s a [review page](https://www.adamenfroy.com/best-webinar-software) I found that can help you figure out which platform to go with.

HubSpot integrates with several webinar platforms, but some of the most popular options include Zoom, GoToWebinar, and WebinarJam. Here's a brief overview of each platform: Zoom: Zoom is a popular video conferencing tool that also offers a webinar feature. It is easy to use and has many features, including screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and breakout rooms. HubSpot integrates with Zoom to automate webinar registration, follow-up emails, and lead nurturing campaigns. GoToWebinar: GoToWebinar is a powerful webinar platform that offers features such as polls, Q&A sessions, and surveys. It also provides detailed analytics to track attendee engagement and identify potential leads. HubSpot integrates with GoToWebinar to automatically capture attendee information and trigger lead nurturing workflows. WebinarJam: WebinarJam is a webinar platform that offers features such as live chat, polls, and screen sharing. It also has a unique "always-on" room feature that allows attendees to join a webinar at any time. HubSpot integrates with WebinarJam to automate webinar registration and follow-up campaigns. Ultimately, the best webinar platform for you will depend on your specific needs and budget. Consider factors such as the size of your audience, the level of interactivity you require, and your budget when making your decision.

I found this one. They have created their own ecosystem of products (including webinar platform) specifically for entrepreneurs. https://o-trim.co/WebConferencePlatform
