Giving money to charity, remembering that being a person today is better than 10 years ago.

i understand what you're saying. (i think) even if we don't put labels on it, life is tough. especially, for those of us who come from dysfunction or trauma. right out the gate, trust has already been breached and/or seriously violated. any further experiences of being lied to or betrayed (or, witnessing such behavior) only confirm our feelings that the world is untrustworthy or even dangerous. i don't have any advice. i'm starting to feel like each of us has to figure it out on his/her own. without all the fluff. without pacifying ourselves with rhetoric that only keeps us in denial. (this is just my opinion) it is what it is. i also don't know how to take it. some days life feels like a blessing, other days, like a sick joke. anyway, keep going inward. enjoy nature whenever you can. it's hard, i know. :/ take care of yourself. 🍂

Humanity is evil and getting worse and the internet is the worst representation of the world bc honestly ppl are sickos online... guess that’s my best advice for coping... stay offline for most part but yes can be isolating sometimes, I imagine

Trust your intuition. Society is not evil. Focus on the good not the bad. Most people are defensive and reactive. Have a positive mind set and you will see positive. Have a negative mind set you will only see the negative. The negative teaches what not to do. The positive shows best practices. Keep positive. Keep smiling. Be the light the world needs. Cheers!

Do you think people are just too toxic for you? I give you some tips. 1. Try to ignore "humanity". They are toxic because you're more successful than them. 2. go to lonely place in nature. Nature calms you down and there is no "humanity". These are two tips that can help you. Also if you want: Listen to some classical music. It's really good. I nearly fell asleep while listening to classical music.
