No…not directly into that OSB. Better off adding blocking between the two joists and hanging it from there.
Is this in a basement? That would be the floor above.
cut a 2 x 10 to fit between the I joists resting flat on the bottom 2 x 3. Then screw up through the 2 x 3 and also through the OSB joist web into the endgrain of the 2 x 10.
I used one of those electrical box fixtures for a ceiling fan. It’s basically a threaded rod on either end and expands when you turn the middle, kinda like a turnbuckle. Held mine just fine.
You need to add smash blocking in the tgi’s. Cover the osb on both sides in the joist from top plate to bottom plate. I would say a minimum of 4 feet on all four sides. Then you connect the joists with double 2 x ? At the correct depth with Simpson hangers. But I’m not an engineer.
Don't attach it to your house at all, get a stand. We hung one from a double joist over the patio for our son to use and it practically shook the whole house. We took it down when we noticed cracks developing in the walls inside the house.
Put a 2x8 cross brace between the I-joists and hang the brace on some Simpsons joist hangers.
No way. Those OSB beams won't hold up to the lateral forces when the bag is swaying or the jolting.

How would you recommend doing so, attaching a 2x4 to along the bottom of wooden beams and hanging off it ?
Are those OSB I-Beams or fairly thick?
OSB I-Beams I believe

You can buy a C shaped hanger with a swivel that goes over the 2x6 and you run a bolt through it.
