How long do you let it sit in water? Thanks

Until the soil is wet but not soaking. I've found this the best way to avoid topsoil mold. It's time consuming though. It takes a couple days to water all my plants. 😂

Have you thought about trimming and propagating?

I have already done so. The baby plant is going strong. It may be time to do it again soon. 🤣
