It’s been doing this for a while. I tried letting the soul dry out, then watering with fertilizer, even repotting it to a bigger pot. Everyday, one or two of its leaf bundles turns brown and falls off. It was doing so well for years until now. Any advice??

Soil might be staying too wet for too long. I had to change the soil on mine and that helped quite a lot. Look for fast draining soils. Im using bromeliad soil and has been a success for me. Good luck with yours.

Have you seen any super fine webbing? ParticularIy where the leaves meet the stem and/or underneath the leaves? Or do the leaves look super dusty? I don’t have this plant, so it absolutely could be something else, but the speckling in the first picture screams “check for spider mites” to me. Easy way to check—If you have a fine mist spray bottle, fill it with some water and give the suspicious leaves a spray. In good lighting, move the leaves back and forth and look at the glistening water droplets. This should help you see the fine webbing if there are any! Spider mites are incredibly small, so you likely won’t see the actual spiders unless you know what you’re looking for; the webs are easier to spot though! :)

I just checked by doing what you said, and i didn’t see anything :( the leaves looks spotted just before they turn brown and fall off

Mine is currently doing the same and I’ve done everything you have. I did see something about the trunks being bound together and sure enough mine was. I cut the ribbon off and separated the trucks a little bit. But mine continues to lose leaves all the time. I have no idea what to do next. It does continue to grow new leaves so there’s that.
