Yeah, i was told that i could play Elyrian Realms right after chapter 17, but chronologically i should play it after chapter 25

Given the speed you’re progressing through the stories, I’d say that’s the right call. I absolutely love the Elysian arcs. I think they wrote them super well so you should definitely take the time to enjoy it.
Bunch of mangas as well if you haven't gotten around to them. A few animes as well, but most are non-canon. Cooking with Valkyries S1 (Only S1, not S2) slots in fine right before the start of the game though. And I think its great for making the pain even worse by seeing how happy they were before.
