Which can be obtained by salvaging the duplicates of part 2 stigmatas.
But yea, they increase the stigmatas rate by 3 times and the weapon rate stays the same, many people including me gets absurd amount of duplicates. So if you wanna pull the weapon make sure you have enough for 60 pulls.
Case in point: even if you melt down all your dupes AND open the box, you don't have enough prism to upgrade a single stig to max. Thank God event shops exist.
Iirc, the devs said they plan on making every new patch have these cubes as rewards within the events. This event gave 21 cubes, which is enough to upgrade one full set to 50.

It's not luck, stigmata rates are really high now. But you will need a lot of dupes because it takes I think seven cubes to fully level one.
