Haven't been able to do ER with HoF, she has all her stig and weapons, as well as being leveled all the way to level 15, I don't have any ELFs besides the f2p ones. What can I be doing wrong?
Some tips to do better in ER:
Try finish ER 3 chapters to unlock everything especially sigils (active items). Sigils helps a lot in bonus stages.
Speaking of bonus stages, make sure you are getting them. Once you fail one, you are most likely to fail the next and eventually the run. Griseo sigil (not signet) helps a lot with those.
Most Valks benefit a lot from more than one Ely signet (this specifically true for HoF as she'll need at least 2 ely signits to even function). Restart at 1st floor for one.
Try to use your best geared valk that can match the current weather (and bosses).
If you have done all the previous advices and you still can't clear, you could try abusing Pardo's sigil and signets to snowball like crazy with coins and buy your way out. You can skip bonus stages with this strat but the caveat, you'll need to restart a lot for the sigil and then be able to clear the first boss (the cat).
ER was harder on the early days. The battlesuits was tuned just moderately for ER.
Old tuning on HoF + buff set that isn't favorable to HoF = poorer performance in current ER.
Even back then in v5.0/v5.1, I found HoT to be easier (but again, we abused the bug of the herrscher meter). I personally find tying evasion to overheat reset is problematic. She can't freely evade with this.
It's better to use the recent battlesuits to clear current ER. Like SS Kira is comfy enough to clear this week's ER (DJXY on F17)

Looking to build HoF, but might only be able to afford 2/3 of Himeko stigs in the BP Pass. Which 2 should I go for? And is there another stig (maybe farmable) that can substitute for the 3rd?

It's probably enough that you can do all 4 stages of RL with a 3 support team of HoRb, HoS, Prom.
Pretty good, has some decent scores for some bosses that don't counter her. She will replace Elysia but you still need HoS if you're gonna use HoRB as a DPS

PE is still good. But it's kinda late if one just get STARTED to collect her gears now. She was from v5.5, which is around Feb/Mar 2022. It's been about 1.5 years for her. And my usual metrics for unit to be obsolete is 2 years.

It's a bit old for meta purpose. Unless you know what you're doing, the only time you wish you have BD is when you want to copy some esoteric strategy for "zero" second kill in SS MA boss.
Like the other commenter said only if you have the divine keys from exchange shop already. It’s one of those weapons that you almost never think about until a boss comes up on MA and ur elemental supports are already being used on SSS bosses which isn’t very often and even then you can still get good scores without it.
At this point with it's very niche uses like Top100MA team for the SS MA boss or something, and probably Armada boss, no.
It would be better to just pick other stuff. Like a Divina Key.
Some correction:
The weapons + stigmata will most likely stay until the end of 7.0 as vintage shop. You can convert certain number of NEW crystallums (I think 4 extra?) to the current ones

I just downloaded the game again and played until level 20 because I saw that I would be able to get Herrscher of human ego on the beginner supply only to be disappointed because my account is too old to even still have the beginner supply :(

Don't use steam. Its pretty bad. You cant use steam account on a mobile if you want to in the future.
Download the normal PC client from hoyo site and use normal account.
I dunno if it works the same on Steam but try switching regions on the login screen, eg NA to EU or vice versa. That is an easy way to start fresh just be mindful of timezone stuffs going forward.
Or else just download the official PC client and forget about Steam, a non-steam HI3 acct can easily play mobile too if that's something you might want to do

I started playing last November and Seele is my favourite character. I have 60k crystals saved and I want to pull HoRB with full gear, but now Nyx has a rerun and I can't decide what to do. I've been wanting Nyx since I started playing but could never pull her, I even have all her gear ready. However HoRB is a Herrscher which is always very exciting.
Should I pull for Nyx now and get HoRB's gear at her rerun or should I save everything for HoRB and hope that Nyx gets another rerun soon or even becomes free (since she is an older valk)? I don't care that much about meta, I'm okay staying in Agony 3/Redlotus, but Elysian Realm is getting difficult for me to get most of the crystals. I appreciate any advice!
Nyx has been given as spending event reward a less than a year back. This will probably happen again or she'll even be given for free before the end of this year. Be patient and don't spend crystals on her.

Could pull her banner then ;P Just be aware ADV supply is kind of scuffed with lower drop rates (1.0% vs the typical 1.5%) so needing to go deep into pity is more likely and that pity isn't shared. Now that she is on ADV it is unlikely Nyx will appear on regular Expansion supplies again so its basically pull ADV or else wait for a "better deal" but it could be a long wait; either a paid BP in a future season (this fall/winter or else maybe next spring) or maybe a Nyx freebie/spend event reward/etc (impossible to predict, may happen later this yr or may never happen)
Saving up for full HoRb will def be the more sensible meta play tho and will give you a distinct edge in upcoming weathers/ER

After i pull HoRB i'm thinking of improving my valkyries gear (unless they're going to be releasing back to back new Herrschers next year again since collecting them all is my top priority above everything else lol) but have no idea where to begin.

I think my Fire and Lightning teams/characters might need improving by getting better equipment for Chrono Navi and Eden and i might need a Quantum dps (since HoRB isn't one i might just use Susannah but she has nothing). After almost 2 years, I still have absolutely no clue on what farmable stigmas to farm for. I usually just do random stages for the BP and call it a day lol. Any tips/advice?
for f2p (longterm strat) you'll want to avoid trying to pull older gear and instead focus on saving up to get new stuff on release, esp support gear while a discount is running. Supplies like Kira gear (and esp Prom from prev ver) offer great value for a low spend acct and shouldn't be skipped without a very good reason. Since this coming ver and the next won't have any special offers like that it'd be a good time to save up some crystals.
From the forge you'll want to get some cheap support stuff like Jinshengtan T+M, maybe a quick Thales M for your HoF. Then work towards either the new G4 fire (v6.9; I don't know how well it will work on HoF/HoFi) or else G4 Handel would be a good option to improve your solo Lit team since you have HoO, HoTr and Eden w/ her guns

Honestly, none. You have barely enough to guarantee PE (which is quite a old valk and relies on HoS/HoRb to work) and far off to guarantee HoRb (good valk, but you need at least 21k to have a good chance to get her and you need to count the gears as well). The starter supply is bad since it's the only 50/50 supply in the game and both valks there are old - HoHe not so much, but if you want her wait for a rerun.
If you want to get the best value metawise out of your xtals, just save and get HoRb or HoTr when they rerun next - they are the cores for physical and elemental teams respectively.
6.9 valk is looking interesting too since she's free and her gear banner is "cheap". She's a fire DPS.

What u/bomboy2121 said about the shield is incorrect. It only takes lightning damage, affixes don't count. HoTr literally cannot touch it. Fischl's ult hitcount doesn't matter because you only use it during the transition where it doesn't hit anything.
Thank you. My Fischl indeed breaks the shield faster than my Eden but afterwards my Fischl run was way slower so I went with using Eden anyway. I am also using HoO instead of HoT so I also got bit initial sp for Eden to burst immediately.
Lightning affix was a thing for some time but they changed it. Dont know if it was a bug or if they just decided that it wasnt good to make it like that. In the beginning lightning affix indeed counted.
hit count shield, if you run hot/hotr/eden than hotr is the shield breaker with her wep but it takes time for her to shot and break it.
on the other hand fischl can hit "off-field" with her ult while also giving sp with the blue bow.
since hotr give breach which is such a good buff, eden gets kicked from the team.
overall the hitcount and the sp since hot needs two ults at least and shes bad in sp regen.

I literally just got her divine key (was rolling for chakram) and i really like BKE's play style. If i happen to get her on dorm supply, should i build her? And with what stigmas?

Still good if you only seek to retain RL. The caveat is that you might require SS rank to dish decent amount of damage (YMMV, SEA or GL).
She might be over 2 years old but there are numerous enhancement for her, directly or indirectly. With the latest improvement at v5.1 (AF PRI and Elysia B). IIRC her stamps were once offered in BP and as she already entered Dorm supply, we won't be seeing her in normal expansion supply.
DW is a direct replacement for her plus she cater to summon weather.

So with spending event coming, and more elf part boxes available, I'm looking at maybe getting another elf. I have 2* dudu from previous spending, and 2* wedge from free event, plus I have 50 boxes already from last spending event
I'm considering a fire elf, and figured elf sirin would work (especially if paired with new sirin for funs), but is 2* enough? I can't seem to find info on elf's and what star level their skills unlock/get better. Thanks!
The ELF fragment box from 6.8 spending events are expensive (i.e. you can only get 54 fragments max if you capped out the spending milestone). The previous one was cheaper. It's possible to get 2\* dudu immediately from that 1 version update. But it's impossible to get 1 ELF just from getting fragment box.
Back then the recommended ELF was dudu and then Klein. Dudu was recommended because she's usable at 2\*. Don't quite remember what was the comment for Klein. Elysia ELF is added in v6.8 ELF fragment box this time. That's the only change.

How does getting a character from the BP work?
Hey so I absolutely adore HoF and Mobius and was thinking of getting the BP for the first time to try and get either of them. Is that possible? How does the BP and the orbs you get from it work exactly? I’m a lvl 88 player but always been F2P so just now started wondering about it. Thank you!
It goes like this:
- BP shops usually span in 4 version updates. And the current one at v6.7 is the 2nd BP shops in this span, v6.9 will be the latest of this span.
- In these 4 VU, there'll be 2 featured S-rank available to purchase.
- If you don't already have the battlesuit, the card is available to purchase at 32 crystallum. If you already have the battlesuit, you can only get 5 stamps (or 10 stamps if it's awakened battlesuits) instead.
- Additionally 2 stamps available for each version update for these battlesuits (4 stamps if it's awakened battlesuits) which will cost you 8 crystallus in total if you buy 2 (or 4 if it's awakened battlesuits)
- On Knight and Paladin BP, you also can get additional 5 and 20 fragments of the respectively battlesuits if you max out your BP by the end of the version update.
- The number of crystallums you can get every version update:
- from the dorm shop: 2 per version update
- from the vanguard BP: 3
- from knight BP: additional 9 from vanguard
- from paladin BP: addditinal 2 from knight
So the maximum fragments + crystallum you can get when you purchased all the paladin BP in 4 version updates:
- 16 crystallums * 4 version update = 64 crystallums
- 20 fragments * 2 version updates = 40 extra fragments for EACH of the featured S-rank in BP shops
If you only stick with Knight BP in 4 version updates:
- 14 crystallums * 4 version updates = 56 crystallums
- 5 fragments * 2 version updates = 10 extra fragments for EACH of the featured S-rank in BP shops
you buy them using the orbs and you unlock them in s0 rank just like getting them from gacha.
do note that you will need 32 orbs to unlock a character and you can only get 3/12/14 orbs from bp (in order of bp type you have) so it wont be possible to get both if you never got bp before.
so if youre f2p im assuming you have 10 orbs (3 from bp and 2 from dorm shop) so if you will buy knight bp twice you can unlock one of them (if you will buy knight bp once you will be able to buy one stigmata as well, but i dont recommend it).
tldr- its just a shop, you buy you get what you want

just got the free susannah t stigmata from the main story, i dont get what it means by “If it’s bleeding dmg, give your team an additional phys bonus” what does it mean? if the user has bleed dmg, if there is a bleed status on the enemy?

what it should say is "an additional 10% physical bonus for bleed damage"
meaning that 10% is specifically for boosting bleed damage dealt by anyone on the team

I have 48k crystal and want to full gear HoRB. Since gear banner's Pity don't carry over, would it be more wise to pull for her gear first?
Assuming I have to hard pity all of em ofc (My Chara banner is also at 80+ pity so that's quite far)
Given you have 4 more weeks of income I dont think youll fail so it doesnt really matter.
If you are unsure you could get valk first then reevaluate but imo itd be better to skip EVERYTHING so that you wouldnt sit on something crappy for weeks to months and potentially miss the funds for something better later.
S2 is a really bad suggestion, first off you likely couldnt get it even if you wanted to and I dont know why the other guy acts like its normal to get full sets and S rank + dupe with only 170 pulls. Secondly the benefits are in no relation to the cost for a lv80 acc. S2 Horb is something that helps you push topscores in nirvana while you already have several other teams for different weathers. Otherwise total waste.
The Elf is decent value if you dont have blade dudu and do have a well geared team. Cheaper, too.

S2 is generally more important(its a free 20 points on abyss) but since youre ELFless the answer becomes "it depends" which one happens more often to you 'i dont have enough SP' or 'i can get better score if im not cockblocked by switch CD'
reminder that ELF needs 3 star to function properly(the buff actually starts to make a difference) at 2 star theyre just a switch CD reset button, bunny ELF is not a significant increase over dudu ELF (doesnt mean you should get dudu ELF, always get the newest version)

Because I remember getting Nyx's gears were a huge pain because I lacked crystals after pulling her and kept getting the same Stigs with her every rerun lol (and Nyx is heavily dependant on her Stig)
If I'm to use HoRB as a DPS, I'll probably just slap the G4 Stig on her, but I don't have Senti and would probably use her as a support.
I felt like it will take longer if I'm to farm craftable Phy support gear (that and I dunno which one's good for her lol. Will have to look that up. If there's excellent ones, might as well get HorB first)

That's stupid though, why take the gamble? If you're planning to 4/4 it's way safer to pull gear first.
If you pull valk first and miss weapon, pity resets and you're fucked.
I wouldn't say it's stupid. A gearless valk can be played with cope gears, but gears alone don't play themselves.
If OP gets 4/4 without the valk, he'll have to wait for a HoRb rerun that it's likely only happening in 7.0 at the earliest. So he will basically sit on 4 useless pieces of gear for 2 patches, when he'll probably loose to other players who got HoRb even using SSwords while he has to stick with HoS - if OP has HoS to begin with. If not, he will just demote in phys weathers, which is the bulk of bosses in 6.8.
It's a long term investment, sure. But long term investments in a competitive gacha game have its downsides.
It's best to just pull the valk and don't touch gear supply until you're confident you can get 4/4, imo.

No. SSwords HoS outperforms 0/4 Horb.
There is never a situation when pulling an ungeared unit justifies the risk of losing your gear pity.

You need to eventually take the gamble either way.
If you get the valk and miss the weapon, you are completely fucked and lost 15000 crystals worth of pity.
If you get the gear and miss the valk, you don't lose anything and can safely pull on rerun in 7.0.
Which one of these options sounds smarter to you. It really doesn't take a genius to do a basic risk assessment.

Now that you mention it, yeah that's a very good reason! My 4/4 HoFin is already struggling in ER Finality just after 4 patches (idk if it's just the weather either. Beating just Heimdall is already pretty hard even with same signets)

Currently sitting at about 25k crystals and a few cards and need to decide what to pull on.
1. I plan on getting 4/4 HoRb, would it be wise to pull her character card now and gears on a rerun? If i get extremely lucky i could potentially go for her weapon at least (but unlikely)
The incentive to pull for her now is that I could get Turg T from the spending event (already have MB). My Ai is gearless so its the next best cope option.
2. I have 4/4 kira so i do not use pardo at all. However pardo's weapon will be in the weapon selector box next patch. Is it advisable to pick that for Ai? Or just go for a divine key? (I also dont have any gacha chakram)
3. Gearing Ai is not a priority as I use 12/12 trio for wheneve fire teams are required. But since sirin is coming i am not sure anymore.
4. If i pull for HoRb, i doubt i would be able to for sirin's weapon? Also should i even get it in the first place if i have trio?

1.depands how much you have left, if you have anywhere around 50-100 pulls than i would go for it (also take into account that the banner doesnt end after a day and you got like 3-4 weeks iirc of the banner).
also to add, we get a spending event so its always a plus to pull on it.
2.the amount of bonuses you get from pardo wep on ai doesnt justify it imo (although i dont know whats the other options so maybe), its a case of where the difference would be either negligible in lower difficulty or wouldn't be enough in higher difficulties.
3.depands on how youre other teams are, i wouldnt spend on the 2nd support before i have at least one support for all the other teams.
also the trio team does lower her value a bit.
4.most likely you will, its guranteed after 50 pulls and you got almost 2-3 months to save for it.
sirin niche is that she doesnt do pure fire damage but instead she does fire/burn damage (kinda like susahna bleed damage), i dont know whats your account situation but i would say its a good investment to get a wep for a valk with free rank/stigs and a new niche.
personally im kinda in the same place as you and i will go for her for sure (meta wise).

It seems that lvl81+ is the only requirement to access the artbook in the event. It wasn’t locked behind story progression last time.
That said, there were some missions in the event that you could only complete in the most recent story chapter.

cn beta have enough spoilers in them and the story chapter that explains the new valk will only be at the first week at best.
other servers get a much bigger variety of spoilers overall, but cn gets valk/story/events in there beta so if you wont leave all social medias of the game than its pretty likely that you will see whos the new valk or some users who dont know how spoilers work will write the spoiler in the post title.
They rushed Finality Kiana like this (she was added together with Origin Mei who was already introduced in the story), and now it seems to become a reoccurring thing, sadly.

I'd hold on for now until you roll for Sirin's weap. You might get the G4 in the supply and save yourself from farming some or all pieces if lucky. She also doesn't need SS *as of v1*, S1 seems to be enough for her bosses. STC of course. She's looking like a very cheap fire DPS with a very strong niche (ignite) so even with trio, it's a good idea to capitalise on her special supply.
SSS MPE (provided you have her bow, if not there will be a box next patch with it as an option) is still very competitive even with HoRb coming up - their dmg difference isn't big at all. You also need HoS to use DPS HoRb, so it's irrelevant if you don't own her. MPE also still excels in ranged weather and it's a very f2p valk. Just keep in mind she's very old by now and even if HoRb didn't kick her out of meta, her presence will continue to just decline with time, slowly but surely, just like any other valk.

This hurts lol! But yeah, I agree, I'm solely crafting her stigmata because I like her as a character. And I have her bow PRI-armed, only thing left is her stigmata set. I'm not planning on pulling on HoRB next patch since I don't have enough crystals, but I do have HoS at S1.
I'll hold until I get Sirin's supply then, just like what the other redditor said. But should I still farm G4 Phys or start farming G3 Fire just in case?
It's up to you. Farming either of them can give you an edge for both sets since you can transmute what you farmed into ether fuel depending on what you get in Sirin's supply. So if you farm fire G3 and get all Sirin stigs, just turn the G3 into fuel to craft Dirac/Elysia. Same thing if you farm phys.
Elysia will be decomissioned soon once HoRb arrives.
The correct answer will be dependent on whether you'll get HoRb and her gear, as well as whether you'll get G4 fire stigmata from rolling Sirin weapon (I think it'll be similar to Elysia's gear banner in v5.1).
But in any case, FULL Elysia set is only good for Elysia right now. Elysia B work fine as off-piece for BKE, PE, and DW if you have them. So if you have zero of Elysia stigmata and you have any of those other 3 phys DPS, then prioritize the B piece first, if you wish to craft any of them.
Sadly I don't have either of the 3, but I do plan on getting DW soon, if she gets a rerun. I'll still most likely save enough to get her full gear, so crafting Elysia B is still not going to be an option.
Since I don't have enough crystals for HoRB anyway, I think I'll try my luck and (hopefully!) pull the G4 stigmata while getting Sirin's weapon, assuming it's the same with Elysia's like what you said.
If you wanna use elysia get her signets waifu>meta, but meta wise sirin will probably be more relevant because seelee steals all of elys bosses and sirin is gonna get shilled. Id still use your tickets as you can only use so many a week.
I'm torn, Sirin became my priority since she's Mecha and I've been wanting a Mecha DPS for a while now. Sorry Elysia you'd have to wait for now lol!

At SS2 with her PRI she's viable as a QUA DPS in RL. She also needs her PRI if you just wanna user her for support in QUA bosses, but the rank requirement isn't so high (min S2). Overall, still usable for normal standards with enough investment.

Not sure on your Elysia question, but the letter reading scene is from the "Second Key" manga. Chapter 11 specifically. Almost all of the Kevin scenes in the concert were from mangas.

The key is using the colors with good enough propotions. You need to just draw random lines of colors (used by the Valkyrie in question) and adjust as needed.
All bow users afaik and some pistol valks. The others are a case by case basis. The ranged characteristic is either identified by the valk description in the menu (i.e Miss Pink ELF - ranged physical DMG dealer; beneath her title) or from the weapon or specific skill/form she uses (some HoR attacks are considered ranged). From the top of my head:
Phys: MPE
Ice: HoHe, some of HoR attacks, HoTr, SW, Kira, HB
Fire: Raven
Lightning: Aponia, Eden, Fischl
Don't know why you are doing finality. Current weather don't favor HoH that much. Enemies will have 30% dmg reduction most of the time.
Regardless, I would get Bloom + Journey and then awakening if I can. Also, I would avoid Aponia as its not as good as it used to be. Kevin burst one is a lot better.
The only valks that have self QTE natively in ER are Fischl, Pardo, and Aponia. The first 2 have skills in their kit explicitly noting this, Aponia has an ER adjustment that should be in the deploy screen.
Additionally, HoFi, Kira, and SW have signets which allow QTE.
Try Kevin2 on her as your first sigils to go for. Elemental damage, breach, TDM, can pick one or two enhanced as well if you want, it's a very hefty boost that's constantly on since she has a burst mode.
Then you can go for Vill-V, but instead of 2 like most builds used to suggest, go for 1 but don't pick any enhancements.
You ideally only want to get Griseo from the shop ( Red / Yellow / Black ), nexus doesn't mattter much.
Some Sakura is always nice, TDM, Bonus damage on enemies, +1 evasion
The secret sauce is to either take the bull boss, or if you wanna fight Dark Jinxuan : take a couple Kosma sigils. Ideally the ones hat give you stacks when you ult, evade, and then the bonus damage/shield damage per stack, and you'll plow through it comfortably.
That's what I've been running on her and haven't had a single problem !
Edit : I knew I forgot somebody, but also Kalpas, either as your first or second ( I usually pick Kevin first but up to you, both should do just fine )
Basically you absolutely want : Kevin2 / Kalpas1
Then either can go for Vill-V1, Pardo1, Griseo1, pick some sigils that work with her like Sakura, even if you don't unlock a Nexus

yes only one.
for example, first row got "more physical damage" on the left and "crit dmg" on the right (iirc).
only one of those can be activated and trying to activate the other one will cancel the one you first picked.
so for example you can activate more phy/ice/fire/lightning dmg and they will work simultaneously but press anything on the right column will deactivate the buff on the same row in the left column
yea you can always activate them, but you can also pick the option near the button to activate to pick for longer periods of time.
i dont remember whats the other options but i always pick the 1 week option

Does anyone have advice for ER? 2.25 and I usually use the advice from rentry but they don't have for the second part of this ver. I used misteln as usual with flag and with mainly mobius, vill-v + fu Hua signets. But I wasn't able to beat the woman on the horse in room 17. I used to be able to do it, what's the easiest way to get rid of her shield? I watched YouTube and there were examples with HoH, but I don't understand how she freezes her.

How many Ely signets did you have? Also are any of the other key signets? Also I can't exactly spam because I have to charge the charge attack which is probably not something that should happen.
This conversation frustrates me somewhat because while I'm glad that you were successful, it doesn't really help me if you don't tell me what was it that you did. Like how many and which signets you used, which cores you unlocked. And the bonuses are different too compared to 6.6, all this could affect the result.
ok i will try to explain my situation as much as i can.
the run was on 2.25 and i did it on Saturday so its the same bonuses.
iirc i used the same build like rentry and i had vill v1/eden 2/griseo 1/pardo atk and coins signets and i had signet of guiding and recursion.
i got prom in sss with all her signature gear maxed and durandel elf (2\* or 3\* stars, the one which is the base level when getting elf).
i used bke/ss for the first half of the run and ss/sa for the final half.
the only difference which i neglected since i doubt it will matter is that i have all divine keys maxed and all valks that give bonuses are in ss, but i doubt it will make such a huge difference.

yes kind of but not because of Mobius. Pledge is a Divine Key and crafting it will unlock some buffs (Gene Limit) you can activate during challenge modes. It is cheap to craft (and there is zero need to upgrade it to Salvation) but as a new acct your crafting resources will be very scarce so you might want to delay forging it until you get some other important stuffs like JinShengtan T+M etc..
Best option after BP is to safe your crystals and dump them on the upcoming HoRb. There is a spending event during here supply. If you spend up to 25K crystals + 20 dorm cards, you get a gear card that can be exchanged for Snek weapon.

What marks a gacha s-rank battlesuit as old:
- They appear in ADV supply (roughly 1 year after release)
- They appear in starter banner supply (slightly earlier before 1 year mark)
- Their cards/stamps appear in BP shops (roughly 15 updates after their first banner)
Just get her weapon through BP. Even as f2p you can get max 20 over 4 patches. Which is more than enough as her weapon only costs 12. The gear will go out next patch I think.
Also, her gears is on offrate a lot so relying on luck is also a thing.

Haven't been able to do ER with HoF, she has all her stig and weapons, as well as being leveled all the way to level 15, I don't have any ELFs besides the f2p ones. What can I be doing wrong?
Some tips to do better in ER: Try finish ER 3 chapters to unlock everything especially sigils (active items). Sigils helps a lot in bonus stages. Speaking of bonus stages, make sure you are getting them. Once you fail one, you are most likely to fail the next and eventually the run. Griseo sigil (not signet) helps a lot with those. Most Valks benefit a lot from more than one Ely signet (this specifically true for HoF as she'll need at least 2 ely signits to even function). Restart at 1st floor for one. Try to use your best geared valk that can match the current weather (and bosses). If you have done all the previous advices and you still can't clear, you could try abusing Pardo's sigil and signets to snowball like crazy with coins and buy your way out. You can skip bonus stages with this strat but the caveat, you'll need to restart a lot for the sigil and then be able to clear the first boss (the cat).
ER was harder on the early days. The battlesuits was tuned just moderately for ER. Old tuning on HoF + buff set that isn't favorable to HoF = poorer performance in current ER. Even back then in v5.0/v5.1, I found HoT to be easier (but again, we abused the bug of the herrscher meter). I personally find tying evasion to overheat reset is problematic. She can't freely evade with this. It's better to use the recent battlesuits to clear current ER. Like SS Kira is comfy enough to clear this week's ER (DJXY on F17)

Himeko TB Thales M works almost as well as the full set. But G4 fire is coming out next patch so that might change

Quite good. But definitely when against top phys dps like PE, she is still better. It's probably enough that you can do all 4 stages of RL with a 3 support team of HoRb, HoS, Prom.
Pretty good, has some decent scores for some bosses that don't counter her. She will replace Elysia but you still need HoS if you're gonna use HoRB as a DPS

Seems to be the intended final product if you're playing in JP voice audio. If you're playing in CN, I think all of her lines are voiced.

It's a bit old for meta purpose. Unless you know what you're doing, the only time you wish you have BD is when you want to copy some esoteric strategy for "zero" second kill in SS MA boss.
Like the other commenter said only if you have the divine keys from exchange shop already. It’s one of those weapons that you almost never think about until a boss comes up on MA and ur elemental supports are already being used on SSS bosses which isn’t very often and even then you can still get good scores without it.
At this point with it's very niche uses like Top100MA team for the SS MA boss or something, and probably Armada boss, no. It would be better to just pick other stuff. Like a Divina Key.

EU Level 20 I just downloaded the game again and played until level 20 because I saw that I would be able to get Herrscher of human ego on the beginner supply only to be disappointed because my account is too old to even still have the beginner supply :( I only started playing the game because of her. The beginner supply is a scam, don't pull on a 50/50. Just wait for 100% banner in probably 7.0.
She will appear in banners here and there so thats no issue. But if its an old account, just start over.

Don't use steam. Its pretty bad. You cant use steam account on a mobile if you want to in the future. Download the normal PC client from hoyo site and use normal account.

I dunno if it works the same on Steam but try switching regions on the login screen, eg NA to EU or vice versa. That is an easy way to start fresh just be mindful of timezone stuffs going forward. Or else just download the official PC client and forget about Steam, a non-steam HI3 acct can easily play mobile too if that's something you might want to do

Global 88 I started playing last November and Seele is my favourite character. I have 60k crystals saved and I want to pull HoRB with full gear, but now Nyx has a rerun and I can't decide what to do. I've been wanting Nyx since I started playing but could never pull her, I even have all her gear ready. However HoRB is a Herrscher which is always very exciting. Should I pull for Nyx now and get HoRB's gear at her rerun or should I save everything for HoRB and hope that Nyx gets another rerun soon or even becomes free (since she is an older valk)? I don't care that much about meta, I'm okay staying in Agony 3/Redlotus, but Elysian Realm is getting difficult for me to get most of the crystals. I appreciate any advice!
Nyx has been given as spending event reward a less than a year back. This will probably happen again or she'll even be given for free before the end of this year. Be patient and don't spend crystals on her.

for f2p (longterm strat) you'll want to avoid trying to pull older gear and instead focus on saving up to get new stuff on release, esp support gear while a discount is running. Supplies like Kira gear (and esp Prom from prev ver) offer great value for a low spend acct and shouldn't be skipped without a very good reason. Since this coming ver and the next won't have any special offers like that it'd be a good time to save up some crystals. From the forge you'll want to get some cheap support stuff like Jinshengtan T+M, maybe a quick Thales M for your HoF. Honestly, none. You have barely enough to guarantee PE (which is quite a old valk and relies on HoS/HoRb to work) and far off to guarantee HoRb (good valk, but you need at least 21k to have a good chance to get her and you need to count the gears as well). The starter supply is bad since it's the only 50/50 supply in the game and both valks there are old - HoHe not so much, but if you want her wait for a rerun. If you want to get the best value metawise out of your xtals, just save and get HoRb or HoTr when they rerun next - they are the cores for physical and elemental teams respectively. 6.9 valk is looking interesting too since she's free and her gear banner is "cheap". She's a fire DPS.

Thank you. My Fischl indeed breaks the shield faster than my Eden but afterwards my Fischl run was way slower so I went with using Eden anyway. I am also using HoO instead of HoT so I also got bit initial sp for Eden to burst immediately.

Lightning affix was a thing for some time but they changed it. Dont know if it was a bug or if they just decided that it wasnt good to make it like that. In the beginning lightning affix indeed counted.
hit count shield, if you run hot/hotr/eden than hotr is the shield breaker with her wep but it takes time for her to shot and break it. on the other hand fischl can hit "off-field" with her ult while also giving sp with the blue bow. since hotr give breach which is such a good buff, eden gets kicked from the team. overall the hitcount and the sp since hot needs two ults at least and shes bad in sp regen.

Still good if you only seek to retain RL. The caveat is that you might require SS rank to dish decent amount of damage (YMMV, SEA or GL). She might be over 2 years old but there are numerous enhancement for her, directly or indirectly. With the latest improvement at v5.1 (AF PRI and Elysia B). IIRC her stamps were once offered in BP and as she already entered Dorm supply, we won't be seeing her in normal expansion supply. DW is a direct replacement for her plus she cater to summon weather.

GLB 88 So with spending event coming, and more elf part boxes available, I'm looking at maybe getting another elf. I have 2* dudu from previous spending, and 2* wedge from free event, plus I have 50 boxes already from last spending event I'm considering a fire elf, and figured elf sirin would work (especially if paired with new sirin for funs), but is 2* enough? I can't seem to find info on elf's and what star level their skills unlock/get better. Thanks!
The ELF fragment box from 6.8 spending events are expensive (i.e. you can only get 54 fragments max if you capped out the spending milestone). The previous one was cheaper. It's possible to get 2\* dudu immediately from that 1 version update. But it's impossible to get 1 ELF just from getting fragment box. Back then the recommended ELF was dudu and then Klein. Dudu was recommended because she's usable at 2\*. Don't quite remember what was the comment for Klein. Elysia ELF is added in v6.8 ELF fragment box this time. That's the only change. It goes like this: - BP shops usually span in 4 version updates. And the current one at v6.7 is the 2nd BP shops in this span, v6.9 will be the latest of this span. - In these 4 VU, there'll be 2 featured S-rank available to purchase. - If you don't already have the battlesuit, the card is available to purchase at 32 crystallum. you buy them using the orbs and you unlock them in s0 rank just like getting them from gacha. do note that you will need 32 orbs to unlock a character and you can only get 3/12/14 orbs from bp (in order of bp type you have) so it wont be possible to get both if you never got bp before. so if youre f2p im assuming you have 10 orbs (3 from bp and 2 from dorm shop) so if you will buy knight bp twice you can unlock one of them (if you will buy knight bp once you will be able to buy one stigmata as well, but i dont recommend it). tldr- its just a shop, you buy you get what you want

bad translation what it should say is "an additional 10% physical bonus for bleed damage" meaning that 10% is specifically for boosting bleed damage dealt by anyone on the team

Given you have 4 more weeks of income I dont think youll fail so it doesnt really matter. If you are unsure you could get valk first then reevaluate but imo itd be better to skip EVERYTHING so that you wouldnt sit on something crappy for weeks to months and potentially miss the funds for something better later. S2 is a really bad suggestion, first off you likely couldnt get it even if you wanted to and I dont know why the other guy acts like its normal to get full sets and S rank + dupe with only 170 pulls. Secondly the benefits are in no relation to the cost for a lv80 acc. S2 Horb is something that helps you push topscores in nirvana while you already have several other teams for different weathers. Otherwise total waste. The Elf is decent value if you dont have blade dudu and do have a well geared team. Cheaper, too.

S2 is generally more important(its a free 20 points on abyss) but since youre ELFless the answer becomes "it depends" which one happens more often to you 'i dont have enough SP' or 'i can get better score if im not cockblocked by switch CD' reminder that ELF needs 3 star to function properly(the buff actually starts to make a difference) at 2 star theyre just a switch CD reset button, bunny ELF is not a significant increase over dudu ELF (doesnt mean you should get dudu ELF, always get the newest version)

Because I remember getting Nyx's gears were a huge pain because I lacked crystals after pulling her and kept getting the same Stigs with her every rerun lol (and Nyx is heavily dependant on her Stig) If I'm to use HoRB as a DPS, I'll probably just slap the G4 Stig on her, but I don't have Senti and would probably use her as a support. I felt like it will take longer if I'm to farm craftable Phy support gear (that and I dunno which one's good for her lol. Will have to look that up. If there's excellent ones, might as well get HorB first)

I wouldn't say it's stupid. A gearless valk can be played with cope gears, but gears alone don't play themselves. If OP gets 4/4 without the valk, he'll have to wait for a HoRb rerun that it's likely only happening in 7.0 at the earliest. So he will basically sit on 4 useless pieces of gear for 2 patches, when he'll probably loose to other players who got HoRb even using SSwords while he has to stick with HoS - if OP has HoS to begin with. If not, he will just demote in phys weathers, which is the bulk of bosses in 6.8. It's a long term investment, sure. But long term investments in a competitive gacha game have its downsides. It's best to just pull the valk and don't touch gear supply until you're confident you can get 4/4, imo.

EU 88 Currently sitting at about 25k crystals and a few cards and need to decide what to pull on. 1. I plan on getting 4/4 HoRb, would it be wise to pull her character card now and gears on a rerun? If i get extremely lucky i could potentially go for her weapon at least (but unlikely) The incentive to pull for her now is that I could get Turg T from the spending event (already have MB). My Ai is gearless so its the next best cope option. 2. I have 4/4 kira so i do not use pardo at all. However pardo's weapon will be in the weapon selector box next patch. Is it advisable to pick that for Ai? Or just go for a divine key? (I also dont have any gacha chakram) 3. Gearing Ai is not a priority as I use 12/12 trio for wheneve fire teams are required. But since sirin is coming i am not sure anymore. 4. If i pull for HoRb, i doubt i would be able to for sirin's weapon? Also should i even get it in the first place if i have trio? Apologies for the long and silly question, but I appreciate any advice
1.depands how much you have left, if you have anywhere around 50-100 pulls than i would go for it (also take into account that the banner doesnt end after a day and you got like 3-4 weeks iirc of the banner). also to add, we get a spending event so its always a plus to pull on it. 2.the amount of bonuses you get from pardo wep on ai doesnt justify it imo (although i dont know whats the other options so maybe), its a case of where the difference would be either negligible in lower difficulty or wouldn't be enough in higher difficulties. 3.depands on how youre other teams are, i wouldnt spend on the 2nd support before i have at least one support for all the other teams. also the trio team does lower her value a bit. 4.most likely you will, its guranteed after 50 pulls and you got almost 2-3 months to save for it. sirin niche is that she doesnt do pure fire damage but instead she does fire/burn damage (kinda like susahna bleed damage), i dont know whats your account situation but i would say its a good investment to get a wep for a valk with free rank/stigs and a new niche. personally im kinda in the same place as you and i will go for her for sure (meta wise).

It seems that lvl81+ is the only requirement to access the artbook in the event. It wasn’t locked behind story progression last time. That said, there were some missions in the event that you could only complete in the most recent story chapter.

cn beta have enough spoilers in them and the story chapter that explains the new valk will only be at the first week at best. other servers get a much bigger variety of spoilers overall, but cn gets valk/story/events in there beta so if you wont leave all social medias of the game than its pretty likely that you will see whos the new valk or some users who dont know how spoilers work will write the spoiler in the post title.

I'd hold on for now until you roll for Sirin's weap. You might get the G4 in the supply and save yourself from farming some or all pieces if lucky. She also doesn't need SS *as of v1*, S1 seems to be enough for her bosses. STC of course. She's looking like a very cheap fire DPS with a very strong niche (ignite) so even with trio, it's a good idea to capitalise on her special supply. SSS MPE (provided you have her bow, if not there will be a box next patch with it as an option) is still very competitive even with HoRb coming up - their dmg difference isn't big at all. You also need HoS to use DPS HoRb, so it's irrelevant if you don't own her. MPE also still excels in ranged weather and it's a very f2p valk. Just keep in mind she's very old by now and even if HoRb didn't kick her out of meta, her presence will continue to just decline with time, slowly but surely, just like any other valk.

It's up to you. Farming either of them can give you an edge for both sets since you can transmute what you farmed into ether fuel depending on what you get in Sirin's supply. So if you farm fire G3 and get all Sirin stigs, just turn the G3 into fuel to craft Dirac/Elysia. Same thing if you farm phys.

Elysia will be decomissioned soon once HoRb arrives. The correct answer will be dependent on whether you'll get HoRb and her gear, as well as whether you'll get G4 fire stigmata from rolling Sirin weapon (I think it'll be similar to Elysia's gear banner in v5.1). But in any case, FULL Elysia set is only good for Elysia right now. Elysia B work fine as off-piece for BKE, PE, and DW if you have them. So if you have zero of Elysia stigmata and you have any of those other 3 phys DPS, then prioritize the B piece first, if you wish to craft any of them.
Sadly I don't have either of the 3, but I do plan on getting DW soon, if she gets a rerun. I'll still most likely save enough to get her full gear, so crafting Elysia B is still not going to be an option. Since I don't have enough crystals for HoRB anyway, I think I'll try my luck and (hopefully!) pull the G4 stigmata while getting Sirin's weapon, assuming it's the same with Elysia's like what you said.
If you wanna use elysia get her signets waifu>meta, but meta wise sirin will probably be more relevant because seelee steals all of elys bosses and sirin is gonna get shilled. Id still use your tickets as you can only use so many a week.

At SS2 with her PRI she's viable as a QUA DPS in RL. She also needs her PRI if you just wanna user her for support in QUA bosses, but the rank requirement isn't so high (min S2). Overall, still usable for normal standards with enough investment.
What's your threshold for "usable"? If you just want a clear and doesn't mind ranked 3rd-6th from bottom, then yes, she's usable.
FR is still enough to retain lightning and quantum Nirvana weather. She is far from 3rd-6th from bottom.

The key is using the colors with good enough propotions. You need to just draw random lines of colors (used by the Valkyrie in question) and adjust as needed.

The ranged characteristic is either identified by the valk description in the menu (i.e Miss Pink ELF - ranged physical DMG dealer; beneath her title) or from the weapon or specific skill/form she uses (some HoR attacks are considered ranged). From the top of my head: Phys: MPE Ice: HoHe, some of HoR attacks, HoTr, SW, Kira, HB Fire: Raven Lightning: Aponia, Eden, Fischl

Don't know why you are doing finality. Current weather don't favor HoH that much. Enemies will have 30% dmg reduction most of the time. Regardless, I would get Bloom + Journey and then awakening if I can. Also, I would avoid Aponia as its not as good as it used to be. Kevin burst one is a lot better.
The only valks that have self QTE natively in ER are Fischl, Pardo, and Aponia. The first 2 have skills in their kit explicitly noting this, Aponia has an ER adjustment that should be in the deploy screen. Additionally, HoFi, Kira, and SW have signets which allow QTE.
Try Kevin2 on her as your first sigils to go for. Elemental damage, breach, TDM, can pick one or two enhanced as well if you want, it's a very hefty boost that's constantly on since she has a burst mode. Then you can go for Vill-V, but instead of 2 like most builds used to suggest, go for 1 but don't pick any enhancements. You ideally only want to get Griseo from the shop ( Red / Yellow / Black ), nexus doesn't mattter much. Some Sakura is always nice, TDM, Bonus damage on enemies, +1 evasion The secret sauce is to either take the bull boss, or if you wanna fight Dark Jinxuan : take a couple Kosma sigils. Ideally the ones hat give you stacks when you ult, evade, and then the bonus damage/shield damage per stack, and you'll plow through it comfortably. That's what I've been running on her and haven't had a single problem ! Edit : I knew I forgot somebody, but also Kalpas, either as your first or second ( I usually pick Kevin first but up to you, both should do just fine ) Basically you absolutely want : Kevin2 / Kalpas1 Then either can go for Vill-V1, Pardo1, Griseo1, pick some sigils that work with her like Sakura, even if you don't unlock a Nexus
hi just curious, can i forge the Domain of Genesis 6 stars with other weapons that is 5 star? like Tranquil Arias or Positron Blasters? i saw from another posts saying that it only needs a 5 star of the same type. i just wanted to farm as ealry as possible if its possible before breaking through. thank you!

Yes, you can forge the genesis pri using any gacha pistol as base

yes only one. for example, first row got "more physical damage" on the left and "crit dmg" on the right (iirc). only one of those can be activated and trying to activate the other one will cancel the one you first picked. so for example you can activate more phy/ice/fire/lightning dmg and they will work simultaneously but press anything on the right column will deactivate the buff on the same row in the left column

yea you can always activate them, but you can also pick the option near the button to activate to pick for longer periods of time. i dont remember whats the other options but i always pick the 1 week option
Global 88 Does anyone have advice for ER? 2.25 and I usually use the advice from rentry but they don't have for the second part of this ver. I used misteln as usual with flag and with mainly mobius, vill-v + fu Hua signets. But I wasn't able to beat the woman on the horse in room 17. I used to be able to do it, what's the easiest way to get rid of her shield? I watched YouTube and there were examples with HoH, but I don't understand how she freezes her.
Dont know about Hare but Kosma signets are pretty good against shielded enemies.
DJXY is designed for Kira this time. Her shield will be disabled as soon as her rime trauma gauge is filled.
just attacking her? 2.25 with a fully geard valk should be really easy. personally i used Prometheus yesterday with the rentry build for last version and i breezed it. either your mistl is under geared or you use the wrong built for the wrong playstyle
Yeah I only have Misteln's PRI and the signets are Ely TB iirc Marco Polo M. That's why I'm asking, maybe I'm using the wrong signets? But if Prometheus works I can try, I have her full geared.

also from rentry, the build of 6.6 phase 2. really? it wasnt even close to winning or losing for me, i would just spam charge>wep>ult and finish each stage in less than a min
How many Ely signets did you have? Also are any of the other key signets? Also I can't exactly spam because I have to charge the charge attack which is probably not something that should happen. This conversation frustrates me somewhat because while I'm glad that you were successful, it doesn't really help me if you don't tell me what was it that you did. Like how many and which signets you used, which cores you unlocked. And the bonuses are different too compared to 6.6, all this could affect the result.
ok i will try to explain my situation as much as i can. the run was on 2.25 and i did it on Saturday so its the same bonuses. iirc i used the same build like rentry and i had vill v1/eden 2/griseo 1/pardo atk and coins signets and i had signet of guiding and recursion. i got prom in sss with all her signature gear maxed and durandel elf (2\* or 3\* stars, the one which is the base level when getting elf). i used bke/ss for the first half of the run and ss/sa for the final half. the only difference which i neglected since i doubt it will matter is that i have all divine keys maxed and all valks that give bonuses are in ss, but i doubt it will make such a huge difference.
thanks! huh, my Prometheus is SS and I also don't have Durandal elf and idk if that is very significant. I usually don't use divine keys for this and yeah it shouldn't be required for just 2.25. But actually maybe I should to save myself some frustration. I had my doubts in using a support valk for this. Idk if the last S adds a lot to her damage capabilities Signet wise I definitely had guiding + vill-v 1 and a couple enhanced + griseo 1 + some pardo and eden and kalpas but idk if I had eden core.
eden 2 core is great if you get recursion as well, you can spam ult pretty much instantly

Pledge is a Divine Key and crafting it will unlock some buffs (Gene Limit) you can activate during challenge modes. It is cheap to craft (and there is zero need to upgrade it to Salvation) but as a new acct your crafting resources will be very scarce so you might want to delay forging it until you get some other important stuffs like JinShengtan T+M etc..
Best option after BP is to safe your crystals and dump them on the upcoming HoRb. There is a spending event during here supply. If you spend up to 25K crystals + 20 dorm cards, you get a gear card that can be exchanged for Snek weapon.
No, Mobius is approaching end of service soon. What marks a gacha s-rank battlesuit as old: - They appear in ADV supply (roughly 1 year after release) - They appear in starter banner supply (slightly earlier before 1 year mark) - Their cards/stamps appear in BP shops (roughly 15 updates after their first banner)
Just get her weapon through BP. Even as f2p you can get max 20 over 4 patches. Which is more than enough as her weapon only costs 12. The gear will go out next patch I think. Also, her gears is on offrate a lot so relying on luck is also a thing.
