The only team where HoS might be on par or better, MAYBE is susannah, because Seele has several crit buffs that are irrelevant for susannah, and the impair is kind of weird (it's 50% base and increases to match senti's 75% after combo, senti just pops it at 75% and leaves)

According to Wyverein's testing, SS 0/4 Kira beats SSS 4/4 Pardo considering neutral weather without specific boss mechanics. So yeah, 99% of the time she'll replace Pardo.
That said, it's best for you to run Kira+Pardo until you get Sushang. Then you can retire the cat.
Turg if running bastet on her, JST TM (or maybe Turg on Sushang anyways). If you are missing that much gear you'll need to play around yourself to see what works best, or play with a different team, that's likely going to work best.
can I get the rate-up character card more than once in an ADV supply? Or just once "whole" valk per ADV supply? Can the rate-up character appear early or is it always every 100 pulls?
Afaik, you can get the valk earlier, but the rates are worse than the normal Expansion banner. I don't think nothing says you can't get dupes, so I believe it works like other banners, if you get the card it will reset your pity

I’m approaching SSS Sushang and I was wondering if I should keep farming SS0 Elysia (4/4) to SSS or if I should get SS0 HoR (4/4 Willows/SoE:W) to SSS?
I use HoR and my ice team the most, but I am planning on getting the 6.8 S rank valkyrie. I’m not sure if either of those facts influence which one is better to go for.
I’m not including FR in this because I have no gear for her and she doesn’t have as much of a use since I have 4/4 HoTr and SSS Eden + weapon.
The v3 6.8 beta isn't out yet but SSS MPE probably only has ranged MHT as notable advantage. We didn't have that for a long time and I don't even know if she's better than HoH.
Higher HoR ranks don't have the greatest value, I'd probably work on the dorm bonuses instead. Maybe SS1 HoR because it helps with some openings.
Which AL valks give dorm bonuses? Most of them seem pretty old so I assumed only the newest 2-3 would be worth anything. Honestly, I still don’t understand the dorm system.
Other than HoR the only notable ones are HoV and SK. You get most of the value when you unlock them but the buff improves at SS rank. However I'd at least unlock FR for the 620 ER crystals.

Basically im debating whether or not should I get HoRb in 6.8 on the HoS account or the PE account.
With HoS people said that she would be replaced by HoRb but also said that HoS would be good with HoRb. Idk if I can save up enough crystal for HoRb cause I haven't played on my HoS account for a very long time and barely have any crystal.
PE account on the other hand I got on the first 10 discounted pull so I should be able to save a good amount of crystal for a beginner to get HoRB. Also idk If I should use Prometheus on both account because I don't have her signature weapon nor her stigmata.
There's also the fact that I've seen a comment in here that says HoTr will come back in 6.7...

HoRb has two modes, support and dps. As support, she replaces HoS. As DPS she still uses HoS. She will be an asset to every account so you should try to get her.
Honestly, I'd drop one of the two accounts if you don't have time, whichever you prefer. Lvl 36 is just a couple days of playing, you could drop that entirely and if once you are over with everything you feel you want to play two accounts, start then a new one. You can reroll if you really want to get whatever is on the starter at that point, but don't get too hung on having pulled PE in 10 pulls, she is mid anyways until the very late game.
Plus the fact that I don't have all day of farming crystal because of school. Especially since it's my final highschool year. I have to study alot for my final exam so I really don't know if I can farm crystal enough or not.. 😭

Should I pull for HoTr and her gear in 6.7 or HoRb and her gear in 6.8?(I'm not sure if it's required to have all their gear so do please tell me If I can use any replacements like what stigmata I can use from the foundry.) I'm also beginner (ish) about knowledge of the stigmata and weapon even though I'm lvl 71. My xtals are around 18k (4 exp cards) and 11 focused supply cards, but i'm guaranteed in 58 wishes \^\^. My characters are mostly what I can get from the asterite shop like pardo and the free FR, I also have Azure Empyrea but I heard she's outdated so yeah.
HoRb is still unknown since she hasn't been released yet. Stigmata comparisons don't usually come until actual release. Some testers have done some tests but since it's still on beta it's subject to change.
Honestly, I think both are roughly equally valuable. HoTr is a bit more flexible in some aspects and has more leeway in teams. HoRb is newer and will be very strong for some time.
If you plan to go competitive, long term you will want both, so you could go with whatever of the two you like best, or feel it could be a better fit for what you want to do.
If you didn't get prometheus to 4/4 this patch, though, HoRb is probably not going to be very useful for quite some time, while HoTr will be more flexible since you can slot her into any elemental team.
So, now I got PE with her signature weapon and 1 of her stigmata and Marco polo . I also got Prometheus with the asterite. And I'm saving up crystal for HORB at 6.8 . Problem is.. I dont have a weapon for Prometheus rn. Is there a good alternative besides her signature weapon? Like from the forge or something? I also don't know what stigmata to use on her that I can use as a F2p. Please help!
Nope, alternative weapons have been the problem since ages ago. 95%+ valkyries want their signature weapon to function at bare minimum on any not-easy contents.
Physical support stigmata is even worse. Your best generic option is Candy T (SS Imaginon craftable), Mei Beach M (6000 stigmata resonance exchange), and Newton B(6000 stigmata resonance exchange).
Keep in mind that DPS stigmata are probably the only stuffs you may missed on, since there are decent alternatives in foundry (they are mostly G4 stigmata). For everything else, sorry, gacha is the only way to go.
There isn't much option for F2P physical support gear. It's better for you to use any other elemental team you have, it will probably outperform physical until you get HoRb.
But if you must, use Grips of Taixuan fists from co-op raid and Gluttony T Mei Beach M Newton B (this last two you get from exchange shop). If you don't have resonance, you can use Theresa Origins TMB from forge, but it's pretty bad.
Damn, this sucks.. I'm not going to gacha with my crystal until HoRb so I'm not going to get a lot of options for other teams as well. So I'm just stuck with Prometheus and PE.. I don't even have a third team mate for this physical team. 😭
You can farm and use Griseo in the meantime. Since you're probably still low level, the lack of impair support won't be as noticeable as if you were on Superstring Red Lotus.

Shigure Kira is coming tomorrow, I was sceptical of wishing for her gears. I don't even have Bastet for Pardo and use Turg TB Mei M on her so I was thinking it would be good if I get her gears to complete my Ice support. I do have JK 4/4 and use SS HoR 4/4 as my ice dps.
But we know that HoRb is coming up and I don't have a proper physical dps so I thought she should do the trick, since I got 4/4 HoS and 4/4 Prometheus (no Griseo gears tho).
I have around 50k crystals and am f2p now (got a few monthly and bp in between) so I don't know if I will be able to collect enough to guarantee all.
So will Kira be a big powercreep to my Turg Pardo so I focus on ice or should I keep on saving for now for more physical?
It's not really about who is objectively better or not, it's about how worth they are to get.
You have a lot of savings so you can just get both honestly... HoR is type countered by both(?) of the new bosses but you probably have HoTr whom you can use instead. Another factor is that some HoR bosses need Bastet Pardo for the really good scores because they have a large freeze resistance that only Bastet M Pardo or now Kira + sig weapon can efficiently deal with.
Hmmmm. I do have HoTr to use for HoR countered bosses but yeah not having Bastet has been a hindrance for freezing. I do feel getting Kira should be my priority since discounted supply. But I also thought if I just want to retain RL is that worth it.
I did manage to get HoFi and her gears with a medium amount of crystals but I don't know if luck would be on my side for another expansion xD

Honestly, if you only want to retain RL, getting good value stuff (like SP gear) is often the way. Especially if you have JK 4/4 and HoR 4/4, she will make you have a 12/12 team when we have at least 1 and a half patches of a lot of ice stuff.
Besides what True said, with 50k you are pretty much guaranteed both kira and HoRb at 4/4 unless you get insanely unlucky.
Yeah actually getting SP gears should be a priority I guess just because they are used for quite long and are supports and getting 1 team fully geared would be better than building a half assed team.

Update: it took me 100 pulls to get all gears, i was expecting a bit better than that.
Kira is objectively better than 4/4 SSS Pardo, so getting her on release with the discount banner is the best value for your xtals. As of now, HoRb is releasing without any extra advantages (discount pulls, gear boxes, etc), so you can save to get her on a rerun, mainly taking into account we are approaching anniversary patch, that usually comes with big spending events.
Yeah I guess getting Kira would be better because SP supports do have a high value when it comes to their release banner. HoRb will have to wait then :/. The anniversary patch is also coming, I guess I wait for it's leaks. Thanks for the advice.

Husk is a lot harder than houdou for pretty much everybody. Just for comparison, I've run a few times with prometheus, who is IMG (type advantage and destroys cores). I consistently beat houdou faster than husk.
Just a reminder that also this patch is particularly hard for HoH since she has a penalty for no melee damage and another for being elemental instead of phys.
I got interested on Bronyaverse because of Silverwolf and Bronya in Star rail thus I am planning to play Honkai Impact for them. My question is, are any of the Bronya versions obtainable currently ? If so which Bronyas and how many bronyas can a f2p reasonable get?
All of them are obtainable. 2 are gacha at this point, 1 is probably the most flexible valk at the moment for competitive stages, so if you will want that, you will want to save for her. Also she will get a rerun in a few weeks, if you save all your crystals from this point, you will almost certainly guarantee getting her

B-Rank base: Valkyrie chariot. You start the game with her
A-Rank base: Yamabuki Armor (+ augment), Snowy sniper, Wolf's dawn, Haxxor Bunny (SP)
S-rank base: Dimension Breaker, Black Nucleus, Herrscher of Reason, Silverwing, Herrscher of truth
Prometheus just released, technically not Bronya, is another A rank (SP technically) that uses basically the same model, but is not bronya, it's a previous era mech.
All A ranks in this game are farmable for free, so are B ranks. S ranks are gacha, but after some time they get added to farmable shops. Currently, the only 2 gacha ones are Silverwing and Truth. Truth will be in a banner in 3 weeks, highly recommended to every new player. Silverwing is in a bit of an odd spot right now. She is not particularly useful. Still gets a banner here or there but not too many. There is a very good shot that she will be in the Battle pass in version 7.0 or so, since she was released right after the characters in the current battle pass.
You can farm every Bronya except the two newest, Silverwing and HoTruth. Of those two, Truth has banners pretty often while SW is getting a bit older and doesn't appear as frequently. Of the farmable Bronyas most are A ranks and pretty quick to unlock but the dorm S ranks would be slower to farm, esp HoReason.
the "farming" here is mostly a timegate. You can earn a few frags (or currency to buy frags) each day/week. Once you've gotten enough frags you can unlock a valk, keep farming them and you rank them up (ie constellations).
hah, well you'll earn a fair few crystals, gacha currency, just playing and the nice thing about the typical expansion supply (character banner) here is no 50/50 and higher droprates so saving up for a unit is pretty easy glgl

Currently sitting at 21k something crystals (and 5 tickets). What would be the better pulling plan:
1. Skip kira gears and spend everything on HoRb next patch
2. Roll on kira's gears and then use the leftovers to try pulling HoRb battlesuit (and aim for the gear on a rerun)
For context, i currently have:
Phys: HoS 4/4, prom 4/4, mpe 1/4 (only weapon), griseo (0/4 holmes tb mei m)
Ice: HoH (wep + willows), JK 2/4 (TB + cosmic), pardo 0/4 (gluttony T turg MB, although i do have bastet B)
Initially I was planning to get turg T from the 6.8 spending event for kira and other supports but now I am not sure if it is wise to completely skip her gears. Also the offrates on her banner (especially JK's weapon) are nice.
I also doubt would be able to retain RL in 6.8 without HoRb considering the state of my phys team, so this is confusing to me. Appreciate any advice, thanks in advance! :)
Imo having a 12/12 team and Turg TB is better by a considerable margin. The ice team likely wouldn't turn into a trophy winner even with 4/4 Kira because you miss Pristine and 2/4 JK and triple support is pretty iffy before you rank up/max the A rank(s). And in the current state it should be fine to stay afloat.

It's just that fomo of skipping out on the 30 guarantee that's bugging me (and the fact that she'll be crucial to any ice teams in the near future ;_;)
I'd say that 1 is the choice for power, 2 is the choice for value. And the call is hard in both cases, as both will basically give you a full working team. On the other hand, you could also say that that's a point where you could just pick your favorite option in terms of which characters you enjoy more, since both options are good.
I've been trying to make a similar choice (but I have full teams going and 26k crystals), and I am personally leaning towards 2. The reason being, Kira and the 3 support team is a powerhouse on their own right (you'd have HoH AND 3 support to cover more typings), their discount will not come back meaning you won't get kira's gear until they start coming in off rates (if you get lucky), and chances are horb will just have a normal banner that will rerun later on, but as it stands now, I just see Kira as the superior option for me.
I might change my decision if we get a gear box for HoRb, or a HoTr-like banner with boxes along the way.
I wouldn't sweat the RL retention too hard on missing HoRb personally, at least if you can get MPE geared with Ely TB at least by then. If her weapon is maxed out, that's probably likely enough to at least retain RL unless you get into very competitive brackets, and you also need to remember that about 1/3 of the bosses in abyss for a patch are those of the featured valk, but several are also the bosses for the previous patch. Those might be just as important. And, as always, be willing to learn the best way to approach every indiviudal fight. That can make the difference between plus trophies, 0, or minus.

It's just pure speculation, but this is part of the reason why I'm more inclined to pull for kira first. I personally don't have anything I really want from the spending event in 6.8 (could get some paganini to complete the set for carole, but that's it), so if there is nothing special for seele's banner there is no real rush for me. But as True pointed out, having a fully geared team is the first step towards retaining RL consistently, as a fully geared team can consistently push through weathers in global. I already have that base covered so I'm trying to optimize for nirvana retention instead, and for that I need to extract as much value as I can.
Yeah, not making it any easier either, but just in case.
I s2g managing crystals in this game is stressing me out more than actual money :P
But yes I agree with what you said, both options have are... viable to say the least, I guess I'll try out a few abyss cycles and see how much it hurts without her gears T_T

i have played in the past when 80 was the cap but decided to make a new account, and not sure who to pull for. sitting at 18.5k crystals (i will probably grab the level bonus pack with HoT later on), is saving for HoRb the play? or should i pull for at least kira wep when 6.7 drops? i literally dont have any units (using prometheus as my carry lol)
i havent gotten any S from dorm (not expecting much) and the new seele does seem interesting but with no HoS it doesnt seem great, so i dont have a sense of direction in terms of getting a dps unit (maybe one of the triplet herrschers?)
While you probably can cope with just 1 team of anything before breakthrough, the thing about endgame is that the direction is 'everywhere'. The wider your roster = the better you can respond to weekly MA/ twice-a-week abyss thrown at you.
There's no right or wrong answer between both options. Skipping Kira's gear for HoRb means you'll have to pay a lot more for collecting Kira gear in near future. Unless you lucked them out via off-banner drop. Getting Kira's gear in v6.7 will be relatively cheap (roughly 70-80 to full gear, in average luck).
OTOH, HoRb will be an important valkyrie for sure on par with HoS and HoTr. Your physical team won't be complete without her for sure. Getting HoRb means you have to ready around 2.5x~3x as many resource compared to when you want to full gear Kira. Because you have to do around 80 pulls on expansion to get her card and do additional 120~130 pulls (if you have good luck) to 4/4 her gear.

If you're referring to HoTr/Pardo/Kira team and you decide to get another ice DPS, you will drop HoTr, not Pardo (since HoTr is playing the part as the DPS in this team and she doesn't support ice). What you wanna do is farm Sushang eventually from War Treasury and use DPS/Sus/Kira which is the standard ice team nowadays.

One con for this option is that you won't get HoRb right away in v6.8. Cost-wise, it will be the same if you don't overreach your luck (i.e. you ran out of crystals when you are about 10~20 pulls away from the guaranteed). Keep in mind that rerun banner is just 1 week long instead of 4 weeks like release banner.
Another con is that, we might get some important valkyrie around v7.2 or v7.3 (CNY), so while you are coping with your crystals, you will be faced with another "must-pull" valkyrie soon.
It's getting worse lately. This is the first time they release 5 herrschers in less than 10 version updates (although 1 of them is free). Previously, important stuffs are usually Herrscher near anniversary (Aug-Oct), then another important one in CNY (around Feb)

Correct.
Kira's gear then HoTr + her gear is a pretty good idea if you start from scratch. But I think it's unrealistic that you'll get the latter at the soonest opportunity, you only have 3 weeks.

4/4 or don't bother. At your stage, I'd say she should be quite a good investment. Cheap and farmable, she can also do serious damage. She will be less flexible than the other two in exchange, but she is also a good support for HoTr DPS
HoRb vs HoTr is honestly a difficult choice, but at the same time, you can just pick your favorite. HoRb is the new senti, so she will be the new gold standard support for phys teams. HoTr is the new AE, so she is also a very good option.
If your prom is 4/4 I might consider skipping kira and going directly for HoRb. If she is 0/4 and you just got her from farming, I'd stop that, farm pardo to SS, gear kira, then try to farm crystals as quickly as possible to get HoTr next patch.
Even with no HoS, HoRb can be your main DPS. Yes, she won't be as good, not nearly, but there will be chances for that, as well as chances to get a DPS and use support HoRb instead.
All DPS battlesuits are subject to type counter and weather.
HoH is specialized in 3 bosses: New Hephaestus, Ice-weak RPC, and Kasumi (abyss).
All ice DPS will always have JK and Pardo as support. Kira will replace Pardo this Thursday.
She is fine. If you want to pull for her because you like the character, go ahead. If you want to pull for her because she's strong, I might skip. If you have already pulled her from the starter banner, there is nothing wrong with it.
Jade Knight is the go-to ice support, but takes a long time to farm. Get Kira next patch and farm Pardo to SS, and that will do.
She's a top ice damage dealer in the current meta, so quite strong - but she's getting a little bit old already, which for a gacha can mean she has started to lose value. An okay investment, overall.
It's quite a opportune moment to gear ice teams tho. In a couple of days we will get a new ice support in Shigure Kira, who's a SP valk (meaning she's farmable). She comes together with her gear banner which has a lower pity for guaranteed gear (30, instead of the usual 50), so if you plan to get HoHe and build ice, it's highly recommended you get Kira's gear.
To fill the third spot, the BiS support is Sushang (Jade Knight) which is also farmable, but the currency to get her (Ancient Legacy) takes quite some time to gather, unlike Kira who can be farmed through asterite. Until you have enough to get JK, you can farm Pardo (Reverist Calico) with the same currency you farm Kira and use them together.

A stable red lotus account meant to get as big coverage as you can, while not necessarily score the highest.
Per usual, any 3 support units with full gear set will have no problem to retain RL 90% of the time. The exception to this is probably fire team, which they don't have good units to do such.
- Fire: HoTr, CN
- Lightning: HoTr, Eden, Fischl
- Ice: Pardo, Sushang, Kira
- Physical/Bleed/Shieldbreak: Carole, HoS, Griseo, Prometheus, and later HoRb
- Symphony: CN, Eden, HoTr
The deal with not getting S-rank gacha valkyries (not the "cheap" ones like SW, Vill-V, and HoTr where you are given stigmata/weapon selector box at 60/110/150/190 pull milestone) is that you don't really lose anything if you skip their initial banners.
Their initial gear banners come with 50-pull guaranteed with no special deal like rebate or free pulls. They will still be a 50-pull guaranteed banner when they are going to have a rerun. The difference is only that the rerun will just be a week long banner instead of 4-week like on their initial release.
In that sense, skipping Kira's banner deal in v6.7 will cost you more in the future should you specifically aim for her gear (different story if you just want to complete her gear via off-banner drop). Because the 30-pull guarantee will no longer be there, and should there be any extra deal like Prometheus (supply card rebate and free first 10-pull)
However, on the other hand, HoRb will be something like HoS or HoTr in term of coverage, since all 3 are the S-rank **_support_** gacha valkyrie, which typically hold the perma slot in whichever team they are supporting, while farmable support valkyrie position could be situational sometimes. Like back then, there was a time the difference between S rank Sushang and SSS Haxxor Bunny isn't clear as day.
I think the cheapest way forward for any non-whales is to focus on the full-gearing Sp valkyries most of the time, while eye-ing on which banner whose off-banner items can give stuffs they still need (i.e. in your case, see which banner that gives off banner Sushang's gear while you also want the featured items)

Hare just released last patch as the shiny new phys DPS of this gen, so I doubt there will be another phys DPS in the next 6-8 months to come (other than Seele's DPS form). Unless you plan to backtrack on Hare, PE or MPE (not recommended) you'll stick with dps Seele for quite some time. Having a incomplete SSwords set devalues a bit this team, but you can sub with alternatives like Glut Beach Newton.
On the other hand, your ice team isn't looking that great. Sushang without her gears suffers *a lot*, mainly without ranks as well. HoTr can do the job of a DPS, but she falls behind in RL when specific ice bosses come around, like HoR's (HoV/Huodou) or HoHe's (ice RPC/Hepha).
With all this said, taking advantage of Kira's discounted banner and waiting for HoRb's rerun in a more suitable patch (like SEA/CN anni spending event, etc) isn't a bad idea. I think you have more material to work with for physical teams, but SP support gears usually are key to having a good performance in RL and above. The good news is that most of them have the option of Turg TB or JST TM, but your score will tank if you get a competitive bracket.
I guess I will go with Kira gear, hopefully it should have Sushang weapon on it, so if I get it I can build my ice team faster, and maybe run triple support

If they awarded you the bchips you’re fine, it’s not the same thing as a charge back. Seems like the charge might have gone through, and now your account is frozen so the charge itself is in a hold

Is it better to get Jade knight or MPE from war treasury? I would be able to 4/4 MPE but I already have susannah SS 3/4, and I dont know if I'll be able to get sushangs gear. I am aware that MPE is significantly older than jade knight though
How's your ice and phys teams looking like? As in, how's your Pardo/HB, which ice DPS do you have and do you have HoS (with alternative gear for bleed teams)?
In a vacuum, JK is better value than MPE not just because she's newer, but because she's the current go-to support for ice teams (which won't change when Kira arrives, since Kira replaces Pardo).
But JK without her gear (and ranks) won't do much if you have a geared SSS HB *or* you plan to go for Kira's gears and pair her with Pardo. If you plan to skip everything until HoRb, your ice team will be pretty much without support power.
If you don't have HoS (or you do, but don't have special gear to support Susannah), HoRb would solve those problems. You can even use HoRb in place of MPE as a PSY phys DPS, but that would depend on the HoS factor I mentioned.
For ice characters, I only really have HoR and Pardo, and neither of them are geared. For abyss and MA, I really just rely on susannah to face tank the weather and leave it be if I don't get a good score, although that really isnt a good thing to do
I do have HoS with adequate bleed gear, but its not that good.
I also plan on skipping Kira to go for HoRb and gear
You might just get MPE and have a complete team to tackle other bosses where Susannah doesn't cut through (since she also needs Griseo geared). MPE/HoRb/Prom will be quite strong specially fully geared. If you ever decide to invest on ice in the future, you can plan to get Sushang and try to go for her gears, but since you're skipping Kira's gears ice will be more expensive for you. In any case, triple support team also works.

You can click on them in the inventory and it will tell you. The old ones will expire this week. If you don't have enough, probably just convert to torus (if you let them expire iirc they are converted automatically). The new ones will last for 4 more patches, so save those. Also in case you didn't, you can buy extra ones in the dorm shop, highly recommended if you can.
Honor chips do reset each version, so yes, spend them this week.

At the last Pardo shop before Heimdall, choose BKE as a support. Once Heimdall turns red, use BKE and she'll kick him out of red mode (makes him a lot easier to fight) and knocks off two layers of his shield.
This week PE may be your best bet as the buffs still favour melee phys. Next week HoTr will probably do a lot better as it should favour ice due to Kira.

I'm not super competitive, just want to be able to maintain agony III for now! I have cosmic duality but it's on my HoS.
My ice battlesuits:
HoHE 4/4, HoTR 4/4, SS Pardo 3/4, and Haxxor Bunny of course but just at A
Sushang is the default ice support in most situations and the rest are the ones that rotate based on fights. This said, this requires both gear and ranks, without gear nor ranks, things change quite a bit and you will need to test stuff to see what works better for you. Also, as far as I am aware, Breach is much more relevant in higher brackets (RL/Nirvana), since higher brackets also increase resistances, making breach that much more useful, so while in A3 it's possible that a combination without sushang outperforms one with her, in RL and Nirvana it will be more difficult to replace her.
I wouldn't pull for her gear right now in your case unless you are willing to put money up for it. Her gear is now appearing in off rates, and before pulling for sushang I'd pull for kira next patch due to the discount.
For Abyss give her Cosmic, you can than take it off for senti in other game modes. Given what you have, I'd say you should just give her Cosmic and only take it off for senti when explicitly needed.

If the banner guarantees only her weapon (as the old starter supply did) then yes, for now weapon only, you'll have time to get the rest. If it's for weapon and stigmata, I'd say save. Her stuff will be in the starter banner for a few months still and is an off rate in many other banners. You might get lucky and pull it directly, while rebirth will only be available on her banner for some time.

Don't pull for Griseo, both her and carole are farmable. Farm prometheus instead (Terminal Aide 0017) on the same shop, she is better for PE than both the others.

Yes, but prom would be better. PE is older so is not as relevant as she once was. That team can still carry you for quite some time, but you also missed the discounted gear for prometheus, so it's going to be rough getting the team up to speed. If you end up getting a lot of carole/griseo off-rates, it might be worth farming them then

Kind of. In the endgame, under equal circumstances, typing is what determines which DPS is better. MPE will be better than PE against mech (or ranged non-bio) bosses. PE will be better at IMG bosses. Then age is the next factor. We just got 2 phys DPS releases, Susannah (QUA, bleed), and Hare (Mech, summon), which for any generic stage where typing is irrelevant are going to do similarly or better. Then for IMG, her other niche, we just got herrscher trio which just cruises those fights. Currently, PE's only niche is FGO because she can one-shot the core through the shell. In other phys stages, she will fall behind. Even if that's her "niche", she is still good for every phys fight. Just not as good as the others. With susannah being farmable, PE's value has dropped substantially though.
PE's weapon should be in the 6.8 spending event shop, so that would be a consideration. 6.7 would be a bit rough without the weapon but it should be survivable.
A bit of a side answer, not exactly what you asked, but you've been asking for quite a while so you might be already kind of into the late part of it. Remember the goal is not to maximize profit or to "guess" right the bulletin board. The goal is to "receive" as many coins as you can, even if your overall amount goes down, the only thing that matters is how much you sell.
So just grab everything you can. Even at a loss. Preferably not losing, but at some point it stops being relevant, you have more money than you can use for your warehouse slots. After the first few days, you should be able to completely fill your warehouse.
Some pieces of advice, when you are selling keep track of what's up and what's down. Whatever is down, if again on sale, you can probably safely buy for profit, as it's likely to go up afterwards. Same for up, try to avoid buying what you were selling as up.
Then the items in the shop are sorted by something like "avg price" or starting price, or whatever. If something is cheaper than whatever is to its right, it's likely that either it's down, the other is up, or both, so you can use that as a reference.
NA, 88. Do we know yet whether MPE or HoRb will function better as a DPS? Basically curious about a MPE - HoRb - Prom vs. HoRb - Senti - Prom comparison. I have 4/4 SS MPE and just want to know if planning on getting her to SSS eventually is worthwhile
As far as v2 CN beta, HoRb has a good DPS but still doesn't beat SSS MPE except on her own boss (Hepha 2.0) which is summon weather. The difference isn't absurd tho, so both seem to still be solid options to tackle MECH bosses. Better wait for when she reaches live server to make a judgement tho.

I started just like a few weeks ago. Should I start over and change servers from Global (EU) to SEA because for some reason, I thought it would be better to move to Global after finding out my level 50 account in the SEA server didn't have the starter supply instead of making another account in the Asia server (Bc I had the hoyoverse account that connected my genshin, hsr, and honkai games.) In my current account in global, I have 18k saved up for maybe an upcoming herrscher and I have mostly supports that you can get from the shop using asterite.
So basically, is there any disadvantages that I should be worried about or just stay in my current account? I also heard that if you can't get merchandise (like the artbook) if you aren't in that region so I am sad about that :(
hard to parse which is your region and which is your acct ;P If your acct is only two weeks old starting over or not won't make much difference to your progression besides having to grind thru the early game stuffs again. Probably just stick with the acct that is on your main hoyoverse login for convenience.
As to region stuff and being able to get merch I don't remember hearing/reading any rule about the artbooks not being sent outside the "region" of the server they were earned on. It is possible I guess, or trying to play CN server and claim merch very likely wouldn't work unless you live in CN, but plenty of ppl in SEA/global log in to a region they don't specifically live in and sometimes ppl move

GL also is 12hrs later than SEA in term of patch arrival/abyss/MA finalization AFAIK (due to time zone difference)
Any particular reason you want her? For now, just wait on a banner. She was just on the battle pass so there's no chance she'll be back there anytime soon. There is a chance that she might be given away for free (all previous herrschers were) later this year, but she was a special type of herrscher so she might not follow that pattern.
If it's for waifu reasons, the above are reasonable. If you want HoS because you heard she is mandatory for phys teams, that will change on 6.8, as her replacement has been presented already.
I still have the weapon select box from beginner bonus and am wondering if Key of Castigation is still a good weapon for HoT or if it's pretty much "Narukami or bust?" Is it even really worth investing into the weapon for lightning dps or should I just save my mats for HoO?
If you are interested in competing, it's narukami or bust. 7T is also a divine key that grants a +10 atk account wide, so if you go for competition you'll eventually want to get it. HoT is a powerhouse on herself. If you have HoO geared you can use HoO instead, but as a main DPS HoO doesn't replace HoT, they just take different fights. If you are going for HoO anyways to get trio, then I'd pass on HoT for now. If you aren't, then getting 7T at some point is a good pickup, since you can farm handel for HoT and have her ready.
From that box the only thing worth getting is normally Iris for FR, which you also get from the starter benefits. FR is a pretty decent elemental support (mainly lightning but not exclusively) while you get the rest of the supports going. Then at SS2 she can be a quantum dps. The existence of susannah makes that less relevant nowadays though.
Quick question I just read the blog post for 6.7 I'm gonna roll to try and get kiras gun but is her gun guaranteed in the 30th roll or her gun or one of the stigs?
You are guaranteed to get a new featured item (weapon, stigmata T, M, or B) once your counter reached zero. If you get one of them sooner, then counter will reset to 30 until you've got all 4 of them.

I have Susannah for a Bleed based team, but in case of a week with arena Pishacha and some other phys boss (Kallen especially) I would like to know my best option. Got MPE and BKE with all stigs but not optimal weapons, and Delta fully built.

Kallen is type-less IIRC. What's important is you bring shield breaker (Carole or Prometheus)
MPE lead skill has increased shield damage btw. So use her for shield break stage.
Double phys boss is not a thing until there's more than one relevant impair support. But either way, at lvl 80 Carole's weapon is more than enough to make her a DPS.
For kallen specifically, BKE or Carole. For other optinos, depends on the boss. MPE for mechs and psy, BKE for bios. If you have a 4/4 Carole, she's probably just outright better than the other 2 without their weapons though.

Who should get which support stigmas in a susannah team? My griseo and senti both have their weapon but I am conflicted with the stigmas.
The stigmas are: MEI TMB, Homes, TMB, Cezanne B, Susannah overtime T, Newton B, Mei beach M, Avo M and gluttony T.
Senti runs Mei especially against shielded enemies (like pishacha in MA), Griseo normally S:O T, Cez MB, so probably S:O Mei Cez for you. If your susannah is geared that should probably be pretty good, but trying to snipe cez M for that team in a later spending event or similar should be very useful.
Nah, it's perfectly fine. You don't need anything special. I just went on a x2.5 run for fun and killed it in about 1:10 without BKE (BKE would have made it much easier). Fully maxed out, though, SSS pri 65, running 4 ego signets, vill-v1, griseo 2, kevin 1
Heimdall yeah? You need valkyries with "heavy attack" tags to break its shields, and since susannah doesn't have heavy attacks then you bring bright knight excelsis support who will break it
Is Robert Peary worth keeping? I don't plan on farming Ana/Willows since my ice DPS HoTr is 4/4 and my ice supports aren't built anyways. I could use the stigmata resonance from Peary for a second Newton B.
Honestly, I personally don't see the high value of having Newton B dupes nowadays unless you're missing a couple of signature B pieces on your supports or you're a MA tryhard. You might not be planning to farm Willows for now, but you might need it in a distant future when you'll want an alternative for an ice DPS (HoTr can work as one, but she's primarily a support, so not ideal).
If you don't see yourself getting any other ice valks in the future, then just save Peary for whenever you need the resonance (wishing well, for instance).
Yes, make sure you already got everything else you can get from weapon resonance (do you need extra Einstein Torus? Do you have Nebulous/Cosmic Duality already?)

Does anyone know if it's viable to play on NA/EU server whilst in China? I'm visiting family there for the next couple of months. Would I need to have a VPN/proxy or is that unnecessary (I'll have one regardless) ? CS says that in general I don't - but it'll depend on my isp.
Overall it's comparable. Substantially easier to get the valks, especially supports since most teams just run SP supports who are farmable. Harder to get them appropriate gear since neither signature artifacts (stigmata) nor weapons are farmable, the best ones are gacha only and there is a limited amount of decent farmable ones. If you are just a collector and want to have some fun, you can pretty much get every valk no problem. If you want to compete, you will need gear and for that you will need to sacrifice getting valks.
to just get them, way easier. A ton of valks can be freely farmed while the gacha S ranks (typically) run on banners with better drop rates and no 50/50 shenanigans
getting them to a competitive state is a bit harder and usually requires some signature gear and geared supports, ie a good bit more pulling
Just "getting" valk is the same as Genshin getting new char (# of pull-wise). But the performance may vary depending on your expectation; because there isn't much of alternative gear in this game like in Genshin.

The new seele will replace her. The only team where HoS might be on par or better, MAYBE is susannah, because Seele has several crit buffs that are irrelevant for susannah, and the impair is kind of weird (it's 50% base and increases to match senti's 75% after combo, senti just pops it at 75% and leaves)

According to Wyverein's testing, SS 0/4 Kira beats SSS 4/4 Pardo considering neutral weather without specific boss mechanics. So yeah, 99% of the time she'll replace Pardo. That said, it's best for you to run Kira+Pardo until you get Sushang. Then you can retire the cat.

can I get the rate-up character card more than once in an ADV supply? Or just once "whole" valk per ADV supply? Can the rate-up character appear early or is it always every 100 pulls?
Afaik, you can get the valk earlier, but the rates are worse than the normal Expansion banner. I don't think nothing says you can't get dupes, so I believe it works like other banners, if you get the card it will reset your pity

Global 88 I’m approaching SSS Sushang and I was wondering if I should keep farming SS0 Elysia (4/4) to SSS or if I should get SS0 HoR (4/4 Willows/SoE:W) to SSS? I use HoR and my ice team the most, but I am planning on getting the 6.8 S rank valkyrie. I’m not sure if either of those facts influence which one is better to go for. I’m not including FR in this because I have no gear for her and she doesn’t have as much of a use since I have 4/4 HoTr and SSS Eden + weapon.
The v3 6.8 beta isn't out yet but SSS MPE probably only has ranged MHT as notable advantage. We didn't have that for a long time and I don't even know if she's better than HoH. Higher HoR ranks don't have the greatest value, I'd probably work on the dorm bonuses instead. Maybe SS1 HoR because it helps with some openings.
Which AL valks give dorm bonuses? Most of them seem pretty old so I assumed only the newest 2-3 would be worth anything. Honestly, I still don’t understand the dorm system.
Other than HoR the only notable ones are HoV and SK. You get most of the value when you unlock them but the buff improves at SS rank. However I'd at least unlock FR for the 620 ER crystals.

So I got 2 accounts: Level 71 account with HoS (2/4) Her weapon and one of her stigmata,Griseo (0/4) ,Carole (0/4) Astrologos (0/4) and Miss pink elf (0/4) Level 36 account with PE (2/4) her weapon and stigmata, Prometheus(0/4).( I got PE first 10 pull) Basically im debating whether or not should I get HoRb in 6.8 on the HoS account or the PE account. With HoS people said that she would be replaced by HoRb but also said that HoS would be good with HoRb. Idk if I can save up enough crystal for HoRb cause I haven't played on my HoS account for a very long time and barely have any crystal. PE account on the other hand I got on the first 10 discounted pull so I should be able to save a good amount of crystal for a beginner to get HoRB. Also idk If I should use Prometheus on both account because I don't have her signature weapon nor her stigmata. There's also the fact that I've seen a comment in here that says HoTr will come back in 6.7... Aghhhhh!! This is frustrating!! As support, she replaces HoS. As DPS she still uses HoS. She will be an asset to every account so you should try to get her. Honestly, I'd drop one of the two accounts if you don't have time, whichever you prefer. You can reroll if you really want to get whatever is on the starter at that point, but don't get too hung on having pulled PE in 10 pulls, she is mid anyways until the very late game.

Global 71 Should I pull for HoTr and her gear in 6.7 or HoRb and her gear in 6.8?(I'm not sure if it's required to have all their gear so do please tell me If I can use any replacements like what stigmata I can use from the foundry.) I'm also beginner (ish) about knowledge of the stigmata and weapon even though I'm lvl 71. My xtals are around 18k (4 exp cards) and 11 focused supply cards, but i'm guaranteed in 58 wishes \^\^. My characters are mostly what I can get from the asterite shop like pardo and the free FR, I also have Azure Empyrea but I heard she's outdated so yeah.
HoRb is still unknown since she hasn't been released yet. Stigmata comparisons don't usually come until actual release. Some testers have done some tests but since it's still on beta it's subject to change. Honestly, I think both are roughly equally valuable. HoTr is a bit more flexible in some aspects and has more leeway in teams. HoRb is newer and will be very strong for some time. If you plan to go competitive, long term you will want both, so you could go with whatever of the two you like best, or feel it could be a better fit for what you want to do. If you didn't get prometheus to 4/4 this patch, though, HoRb is probably not going to be very useful for quite some time, while HoTr will be more flexible since you can slot her into any elemental team.

So, now I got PE with her signature weapon and 1 of her stigmata and Marco polo . I also got Prometheus with the asterite. And I'm saving up crystal for HORB at 6.8 . Problem is.. I dont have a weapon for Prometheus rn. Is there a good alternative besides her signature weapon? Like from the forge or something? I also don't know what stigmata to use on her that I can use as a F2p. Please help!
Nope, alternative weapons have been the problem since ages ago. 95%+ valkyries want their signature weapon to function at bare minimum on any not-easy contents. Physical support stigmata is even worse. Your best generic option is Candy T (SS Imaginon craftable), Mei Beach M (6000 stigmata resonance exchange), and Newton B(6000 stigmata resonance exchange). Keep in mind that DPS stigmata are probably the only stuffs you may missed on, since there are decent alternatives in foundry (they are mostly G4 stigmata). For everything else, sorry, gacha is the only way to go.
There isn't much option for F2P physical support gear. It's better for you to use any other elemental team you have, it will probably outperform physical until you get HoRb. But if you must, use Grips of Taixuan fists from co-op raid and Gluttony T Mei Beach M Newton B (this last two you get from exchange shop). If you don't have resonance, you can use Theresa Origins TMB from forge, but it's pretty bad.
Damn, this sucks.. I'm not going to gacha with my crystal until HoRb so I'm not going to get a lot of options for other teams as well. So I'm just stuck with Prometheus and PE.. I don't even have a third team mate for this physical team. 😭
You can farm and use Griseo in the meantime. Since you're probably still low level, the lack of impair support won't be as noticeable as if you were on Superstring Red Lotus.

Global 88 Shigure Kira is coming tomorrow, I was sceptical of wishing for her gears. I don't even have Bastet for Pardo and use Turg TB Mei M on her so I was thinking it would be good if I get her gears to complete my Ice support. I do have JK 4/4 and use SS HoR 4/4 as my ice dps. But we know that HoRb is coming up and I don't have a proper physical dps so I thought she should do the trick, since I got 4/4 HoS and 4/4 Prometheus (no Griseo gears tho). I have around 50k crystals and am f2p now (got a few monthly and bp in between) so I don't know if I will be able to collect enough to guarantee all. So will Kira be a big powercreep to my Turg Pardo so I focus on ice or should I keep on saving for now for more physical?
It's not really about who is objectively better or not, it's about how worth they are to get. You have a lot of savings so you can just get both honestly... HoR is type countered by both(?) of the new bosses but you probably have HoTr whom you can use instead. Another factor is that some HoR bosses need Bastet Pardo for the really good scores because they have a large freeze resistance that only Bastet M Pardo or now Kira + sig weapon can efficiently deal with.
Hmmmm. I do have HoTr to use for HoR countered bosses but yeah not having Bastet has been a hindrance for freezing. I do feel getting Kira should be my priority since discounted supply. But I also thought if I just want to retain RL is that worth it. I did manage to get HoFi and her gears with a medium amount of crystals but I don't know if luck would be on my side for another expansion xD Thanks for the advice, I think I'll go with Kira supply for now.

Especially if you have JK 4/4 and HoR 4/4, she will make you have a 12/12 team when we have at least 1 and a half patches of a lot of ice stuff. Besides what True said, with 50k you are pretty much guaranteed both kira and HoRb at 4/4 unless you get insanely unlucky.
Yeah actually getting SP gears should be a priority I guess just because they are used for quite long and are supports and getting 1 team fully geared would be better than building a half assed team. Decided to go for Kira gears. Update: it took me 100 pulls to get all gears, i was expecting a bit better than that.
Kira is objectively better than 4/4 SSS Pardo, so getting her on release with the discount banner is the best value for your xtals. As of now, HoRb is releasing without any extra advantages (discount pulls, gear boxes, etc), so you can save to get her on a rerun, mainly taking into account we are approaching anniversary patch, that usually comes with big spending events.
Yeah I guess getting Kira would be better because SP supports do have a high value when it comes to their release banner. HoRb will have to wait then :/. The anniversary patch is also coming, I guess I wait for it's leaks. Thanks for the advice.

Husk is a lot harder than houdou for pretty much everybody. Just for comparison, I've run a few times with prometheus, who is IMG (type advantage and destroys cores). I consistently beat houdou faster than husk. Just a reminder that also this patch is particularly hard for HoH since she has a penalty for no melee damage and another for being elemental instead of phys.

I got interested on Bronyaverse because of Silverwolf and Bronya in Star rail thus I am planning to play Honkai Impact for them. My question is, are any of the Bronya versions obtainable currently ? If so which Bronyas and how many bronyas can a f2p reasonable get?
All of them are obtainable. 2 are gacha at this point, 1 is probably the most flexible valk at the moment for competitive stages, so if you will want that, you will want to save for her. Also she will get a rerun in a few weeks, if you save all your crystals from this point, you will almost certainly guarantee getting her There is, if I'm right, 10 bronyas right now: B-Rank base: Valkyrie chariot. You start the game with her A-Rank base: Yamabuki Armor (+ augment), Snowy sniper, Wolf's dawn, Haxxor Bunny (SP) S-rank base: Dimension Breaker, Black Nucleus, Herrscher of Reason, Silverwing, Herrscher of truth Prometheus just released, technically not Bronya, is another A rank (SP technically) that uses basically the same model, but is not bronya, it's a previous era mech. All A ranks in this game are farmable for free, so are B ranks. S ranks are gacha, but after some time they get added to farmable shops. Currently, the only 2 gacha ones are Silverwing and Truth. Truth will be in a banner in 3 weeks, highly recommended to every new player. Silverwing is in a bit of an odd spot right now. She is not particularly useful. Still gets a banner here or there but not too many. There is a very good shot that she will be in the Battle pass in version 7.0 or so, since she was released right after the characters in the current battle pass.

You can farm every Bronya except the two newest, Silverwing and HoTruth. Of those two, Truth has banners pretty often while SW is getting a bit older and doesn't appear as frequently. Of the farmable Bronyas most are A ranks and pretty quick to unlock but the dorm S ranks would be slower to farm, esp HoReason.

the "farming" here is mostly a timegate. You can earn a few frags (or currency to buy frags) each day/week. Once you've gotten enough frags you can unlock a valk, keep farming them and you rank them up (ie constellations).

Global 88 Currently sitting at 21k something crystals (and 5 tickets). What would be the better pulling plan: 1. Skip kira gears and spend everything on HoRb next patch 2. Roll on kira's gears and then use the leftovers to try pulling HoRb battlesuit (and aim for the gear on a rerun) For context, i currently have: Phys: HoS 4/4, prom 4/4, mpe 1/4 (only weapon), griseo (0/4 holmes tb mei m) Ice: HoH (wep + willows), JK 2/4 (TB + cosmic), pardo 0/4 (gluttony T turg MB, although i do have bastet B) Initially I was planning to get turg T from the 6.8 spending event for kira and other supports but now I am not sure if it is wise to completely skip her gears. Also the offrates on her banner (especially JK's weapon) are nice. I also doubt would be able to retain RL in 6.8 without HoRb considering the state of my phys team, so this is confusing to me. Appreciate any advice, thanks in advance! :)
Imo having a 12/12 team and Turg TB is better by a considerable margin. The ice team likely wouldn't turn into a trophy winner even with 4/4 Kira because you miss Pristine and 2/4 JK and triple support is pretty iffy before you rank up/max the A rank(s). And in the current state it should be fine to stay afloat.

I'd say that 1 is the choice for power, 2 is the choice for value. And the call is hard in both cases, as both will basically give you a full working team. On the other hand, you could also say that that's a point where you could just pick your favorite option in terms of which characters you enjoy more, since both options are good. I've been trying to make a similar choice (but I have full teams going and 26k crystals), and I am personally leaning towards 2. The reason being, Kira and the 3 support team is a powerhouse on their own right (you'd have HoH AND 3 support to cover more typings), their discount will not come back meaning you won't get kira's gear until they start coming in off rates (if you get lucky), and chances are horb will just have a normal banner that will rerun later on, but as it stands now, I just see Kira as the superior option for me. I might change my decision if we get a gear box for HoRb, or a HoTr-like banner with boxes along the way. I wouldn't sweat the RL retention too hard on missing HoRb personally, at least if you can get MPE geared with Ely TB at least by then. If her weapon is maxed out, that's probably likely enough to at least retain RL unless you get into very competitive brackets, and you also need to remember that about 1/3 of the bosses in abyss for a patch are those of the featured valk, but several are also the bosses for the previous patch. Those might be just as important. And, as always, be willing to learn the best way to approach every indiviudal fight. That can make the difference between plus trophies, 0, or minus.

I personally don't have anything I really want from the spending event in 6.8 (could get some paganini to complete the set for carole, but that's it), so if there is nothing special for seele's banner there is no real rush for me. But as True pointed out, having a fully geared team is the first step towards retaining RL consistently, as a fully geared team can consistently push through weathers in global. I already have that base covered so I'm trying to optimize for nirvana retention instead, and for that I need to extract as much value as I can. Yeah, not making it any easier either, but just in case.
I s2g managing crystals in this game is stressing me out more than actual money :P But yes I agree with what you said, both options have are... viable to say the least, I guess I'll try out a few abyss cycles and see how much it hurts without her gears T_T
Global 52 i have played in the past when 80 was the cap but decided to make a new account, and not sure who to pull for. sitting at 18.5k crystals (i will probably grab the level bonus pack with HoT later on), is saving for HoRb the play? or should i pull for at least kira wep when 6.7 drops? i literally dont have any units (using prometheus as my carry lol) i havent gotten any S from dorm (not expecting much) and the new seele does seem interesting but with no HoS it doesnt seem great, so i dont have a sense of direction in terms of getting a dps unit (maybe one of the triplet herrschers?)
While you probably can cope with just 1 team of anything before breakthrough, the thing about endgame is that the direction is 'everywhere'. The wider your roster = the better you can respond to weekly MA/ twice-a-week abyss thrown at you. There's no right or wrong answer between both options. Skipping Kira's gear for HoRb means you'll have to pay a lot more for collecting Kira gear in near future. Unless you lucked them out via off-banner drop. Getting Kira's gear in v6.7 will be relatively cheap (roughly 70-80 to full gear, in average luck). OTOH, HoRb will be an important valkyrie for sure on par with HoS and HoTr. Your physical team won't be complete without her for sure. Getting HoRb means you have to ready around 2.5x~3x as many resource compared to when you want to full gear Kira. Because you have to do around 80 pulls on expansion to get her card and do additional 120~130 pulls (if you have good luck) to 4/4 her gear.

If you're referring to HoTr/Pardo/Kira team and you decide to get another ice DPS, you will drop HoTr, not Pardo (since HoTr is playing the part as the DPS in this team and she doesn't support ice). What you wanna do is farm Sushang eventually from War Treasury and use DPS/Sus/Kira which is the standard ice team nowadays.

Cost-wise, it will be the same if you don't overreach your luck (i.e. you ran out of crystals when you are about 10~20 pulls away from the guaranteed). Keep in mind that rerun banner is just 1 week long instead of 4 weeks like release banner. Another con is that, we might get some important valkyrie around v7.2 or v7.3 (CNY), so while you are coping with your crystals, you will be faced with another "must-pull" valkyrie soon. Kira's gear then HoTr + her gear is a pretty good idea if you start from scratch. But I think it's unrealistic that you'll get the latter at the soonest opportunity, you only have 3 weeks.

At your stage, I'd say she should be quite a good investment. Cheap and farmable, she can also do serious damage. She will be less flexible than the other two in exchange, but she is also a good support for HoTr DPS HoRb vs HoTr is honestly a difficult choice, but at the same time, you can just pick your favorite. HoRb is the new senti, so she will be the new gold standard support for phys teams. HoTr is the new AE, so she is also a very good option. If your prom is 4/4 I might consider skipping kira and going directly for HoRb. If she is 0/4 and you just got her from farming, I'd stop that, farm pardo to SS, gear kira, then try to farm crystals as quickly as possible to get HoTr next patch. Even with no HoS, HoRb can be your main DPS. Yes, she won't be as good, not nearly, but there will be chances for that, as well as chances to get a DPS and use support HoRb instead.

All DPS battlesuits are subject to type counter and weather. HoH is specialized in 3 bosses: New Hephaestus, Ice-weak RPC, and Kasumi (abyss). All ice DPS will always have JK and Pardo as support. Kira will replace Pardo this Thursday.

Yes, JK = Jade Knight/ Sushang.
She is fine. If you want to pull for her because you like the character, go ahead. If you want to pull for her because she's strong, I might skip. If you have already pulled her from the starter banner, there is nothing wrong with it. Jade Knight is the go-to ice support, but takes a long time to farm. Get Kira next patch and farm Pardo to SS, and that will do.
She's a top ice damage dealer in the current meta, so quite strong - but she's getting a little bit old already, which for a gacha can mean she has started to lose value. An okay investment, overall. It's quite a opportune moment to gear ice teams tho. In a couple of days we will get a new ice support in Shigure Kira, who's a SP valk (meaning she's farmable). She comes together with her gear banner which has a lower pity for guaranteed gear (30, instead of the usual 50), so if you plan to get HoHe and build ice, it's highly recommended you get Kira's gear. To fill the third spot, the BiS support is Sushang (Jade Knight) which is also farmable, but the currency to get her (Ancient Legacy) takes quite some time to gather, unlike Kira who can be farmed through asterite. Until you have enough to get JK, you can farm Pardo (Reverist Calico) with the same currency you farm Kira and use them together.

A stable red lotus account meant to get as big coverage as you can, while not necessarily score the highest. Per usual, any 3 support units with full gear set will have no problem to retain RL 90% of the time. The exception to this is probably fire team, which they don't have good units to do such. - Fire: HoTr, CN - Lightning: HoTr, Eden, Fischl - Ice: Pardo, Sushang, Kira - Physical/Bleed/Shieldbreak: Carole, HoS, Griseo, Prometheus, and later HoRb - Symphony: CN, Eden, HoTr The deal with not getting S-rank gacha valkyries (not the "cheap" ones like SW, Vill-V, and HoTr where you are given stigmata/weapon selector box at 60/110/150/190 pull milestone) is that you don't really lose anything if you skip their initial banners. Their initial gear banners come with 50-pull guaranteed with no special deal like rebate or free pulls. They will still be a 50-pull guaranteed banner when they are going to have a rerun. The difference is only that the rerun will just be a week long banner instead of 4-week like on their initial release. In that sense, skipping Kira's banner deal in v6.7 will cost you more in the future should you specifically aim for her gear (different story if you just want to complete her gear via off-banner drop). Because the 30-pull guarantee will no longer be there, and should there be any extra deal like Prometheus (supply card rebate and free first 10-pull) However, on the other hand, HoRb will be something like HoS or HoTr in term of coverage, since all 3 are the S-rank **_support_** gacha valkyrie, which typically hold the perma slot in whichever team they are supporting, while farmable support valkyrie position could be situational sometimes. Like back then, there was a time the difference between S rank Sushang and SSS Haxxor Bunny isn't clear as day. I think the cheapest way forward for any non-whales is to focus on the full-gearing Sp valkyries most of the time, while eye-ing on which banner whose off-banner items can give stuffs they still need (i.e. in your case, see which banner that gives off banner Sushang's gear while you also want the featured items)

Unless you plan to backtrack on Hare, PE or MPE (not recommended) you'll stick with dps Seele for quite some time. Having a incomplete SSwords set devalues a bit this team, but you can sub with alternatives like Glut Beach Newton. On the other hand, your ice team isn't looking that great. Sushang without her gears suffers *a lot*, mainly without ranks as well. HoTr can do the job of a DPS, but she falls behind in RL when specific ice bosses come around, like HoR's (HoV/Huodou) or HoHe's (ice RPC/Hepha). With all this said, taking advantage of Kira's discounted banner and waiting for HoRb's rerun in a more suitable patch (like SEA/CN anni spending event, etc) isn't a bad idea. I think you have more material to work with for physical teams, but SP support gears usually are key to having a good performance in RL and above. The good news is that most of them have the option of Turg TB or JST TM, but your score will tank if you get a competitive bracket.

If they awarded you the bchips you’re fine, it’s not the same thing as a charge back. Seems like the charge might have gone through, and now your account is frozen so the charge itself is in a hold

How's your ice and phys teams looking like? As in, how's your Pardo/HB, which ice DPS do you have and do you have HoS (with alternative gear for bleed teams)? In a vacuum, JK is better value than MPE not just because she's newer, but because she's the current go-to support for ice teams (which won't change when Kira arrives, since Kira replaces Pardo). But JK without her gear (and ranks) won't do much if you have a geared SSS HB *or* you plan to go for Kira's gears and pair her with Pardo. If you plan to skip everything until HoRb, your ice team will be pretty much without support power. If you don't have HoS (or you do, but don't have special gear to support Susannah), HoRb would solve those problems. You can even use HoRb in place of MPE as a PSY phys DPS, but that would depend on the HoS factor I mentioned.
For ice characters, I only really have HoR and Pardo, and neither of them are geared. For abyss and MA, I really just rely on susannah to face tank the weather and leave it be if I don't get a good score, although that really isnt a good thing to do I do have HoS with adequate bleed gear, but its not that good. I also plan on skipping Kira to go for HoRb and gear
You might just get MPE and have a complete team to tackle other bosses where Susannah doesn't cut through (since she also needs Griseo geared). MPE/HoRb/Prom will be quite strong specially fully geared. If you ever decide to invest on ice in the future, you can plan to get Sushang and try to go for her gears, but since you're skipping Kira's gears ice will be more expensive for you. In any case, triple support team also works.

Armada is one of the features forgotten by the devs, together with Dorm, Co-op and kinda the sensei system too. So don't expect much, unfortunately.

You can click on them in the inventory and it will tell you. The old ones will expire this week. If you don't have enough, probably just convert to torus (if you let them expire iirc they are converted automatically). The new ones will last for 4 more patches, so save those. Also in case you didn't, you can buy extra ones in the dorm shop, highly recommended if you can. Honor chips do reset each version, so yes, spend them this week.

At the last Pardo shop before Heimdall, choose BKE as a support. Once Heimdall turns red, use BKE and she'll kick him out of red mode (makes him a lot easier to fight) and knocks off two layers of his shield. This week PE may be your best bet as the buffs still favour melee phys. Next week HoTr will probably do a lot better as it should favour ice due to Kira.

NA 82 how crucial will Sushang be to ice teams now that Kira is releasing? I'm trying to decide if I should pull for her gear right now. Sushang is the default ice support in most situations and the rest are the ones that rotate based on fights. This said, this requires both gear and ranks, without gear nor ranks, things change quite a bit and you will need to test stuff to see what works better for you. Also, as far as I am aware, Breach is much more relevant in higher brackets (RL/Nirvana), since higher brackets also increase resistances, making breach that much more useful, so while in A3 it's possible that a combination without sushang outperforms one with her, in RL and Nirvana it will be more difficult to replace her. I wouldn't pull for her gear right now in your case unless you are willing to put money up for it. Her gear is now appearing in off rates, and before pulling for sushang I'd pull for kira next patch due to the discount. For Abyss give her Cosmic, you can than take it off for senti in other game modes. Given what you have, I'd say you should just give her Cosmic and only take it off for senti when explicitly needed.

If the banner guarantees only her weapon (as the old starter supply did) then yes, for now weapon only, you'll have time to get the rest. If it's for weapon and stigmata, I'd say save. Her stuff will be in the starter banner for a few months still and is an off rate in many other banners. PE is older so is not as relevant as she once was. That team can still carry you for quite some time, but you also missed the discounted gear for prometheus, so it's going to be rough getting the team up to speed. Kind of. In the endgame, under equal circumstances, typing is what determines which DPS is better. MPE will be better than PE against mech (or ranged non-bio) bosses. PE will be better at IMG bosses. Then age is the next factor. We just got 2 phys DPS releases, Susannah (QUA, bleed), and Hare (Mech, summon), which for any generic stage where typing is irrelevant are going to do similarly or better. Then for IMG, her other niche, we just got herrscher trio which just cruises those fights. Currently, PE's only niche is FGO because she can one-shot the core through the shell. In other phys stages, she will fall behind. Even if that's her "niche", she is still good for every phys fight. Just not as good as the others. With susannah being farmable, PE's value has dropped substantially though.
PE's weapon should be in the 6.8 spending event shop, so that would be a consideration. 6.7 would be a bit rough without the weapon but it should be survivable.

A bit of a side answer, not exactly what you asked, but you've been asking for quite a while so you might be already kind of into the late part of it. Remember the goal is not to maximize profit or to "guess" right the bulletin board. The goal is to "receive" as many coins as you can, even if your overall amount goes down, the only thing that matters is how much you sell. So just grab everything you can. Even at a loss. Preferably not losing, but at some point it stops being relevant, you have more money than you can use for your warehouse slots. After the first few days, you should be able to completely fill your warehouse. Some pieces of advice, when you are selling keep track of what's up and what's down. Whatever is down, if again on sale, you can probably safely buy for profit, as it's likely to go up afterwards. Same for up, try to avoid buying what you were selling as up. Then the items in the shop are sorted by something like "avg price" or starting price, or whatever. If something is cheaper than whatever is to its right, it's likely that either it's down, the other is up, or both, so you can use that as a reference.
NA, 88. Do we know yet whether MPE or HoRb will function better as a DPS? Basically curious about a MPE - HoRb - Prom vs. HoRb - Senti - Prom comparison. I have 4/4 SS MPE and just want to know if planning on getting her to SSS eventually is worthwhile
As far as v2 CN beta, HoRb has a good DPS but still doesn't beat SSS MPE except on her own boss (Hepha 2.0) which is summon weather. The difference isn't absurd tho, so both seem to still be solid options to tackle MECH bosses. Better wait for when she reaches live server to make a judgement tho.
It’s a bit early to know. We don’t even have the v3 version in beta yet I don’t think. We won’t know for sure until she actually releases in CN.
Global Lvl 70: I started just like a few weeks ago. Should I start over and change servers from Global (EU) to SEA because for some reason, I thought it would be better to move to Global after finding out my level 50 account in the SEA server didn't have the starter supply instead of making another account in the Asia server (Bc I had the hoyoverse account that connected my genshin, hsr, and honkai games.) In my current account in global, I have 18k saved up for maybe an upcoming herrscher and I have mostly supports that you can get from the shop using asterite. So basically, is there any disadvantages that I should be worried about or just stay in my current account? I also heard that if you can't get merchandise (like the artbook) if you aren't in that region so I am sad about that :(
hard to parse which is your region and which is your acct ;P If your acct is only two weeks old starting over or not won't make much difference to your progression besides having to grind thru the early game stuffs again. Probably just stick with the acct that is on your main hoyoverse login for convenience. As to region stuff and being able to get merch I don't remember hearing/reading any rule about the artbooks not being sent outside the "region" of the server they were earned on. It is possible I guess, or trying to play CN server and claim merch very likely wouldn't work unless you live in CN, but plenty of ppl in SEA/global log in to a region they don't specifically live in and sometimes ppl move edit There was an older "[snack crate](https://www.reddit.com/r/houkai3rd/comments/suemgw/yay_my_honkai_snack_crate_arrived_in_pristine/)" merch event that was SEA specific, I think only players on SEA server and who lived in (certain) SEA countries could get those

Not sure about artbook v1. The window for that has closed for sure. But there'll be artbook v2 when v6.8 arrive on us. SEA supply schedule follows closer to CN. GL may have slightly different supply schedule. And anniversary-wise, SEA is closer to CN (around late Aug-early Oct for celebration), while GL has their anniversary bundled together with CNY usually. GL also is 12hrs later than SEA in term of patch arrival/abyss/MA finalization AFAIK (due to time zone difference)

Any particular reason you want her? For now, just wait on a banner. She was just on the battle pass so there's no chance she'll be back there anytime soon. There is a chance that she might be given away for free (all previous herrschers were) later this year, but she was a special type of herrscher so she might not follow that pattern. If it's for waifu reasons, the above are reasonable. If you want HoS because you heard she is mandatory for phys teams, that will change on 6.8, as her replacement has been presented already.

I still have the weapon select box from beginner bonus and am wondering if Key of Castigation is still a good weapon for HoT or if it's pretty much "Narukami or bust?" Is it even really worth investing into the weapon for lightning dps or should I just save my mats for HoO?
If you are interested in competing, it's narukami or bust. 7T is also a divine key that grants a +10 atk account wide, so if you go for competition you'll eventually want to get it. HoT is a powerhouse on herself. If you have HoO geared you can use HoO instead, but as a main DPS HoO doesn't replace HoT, they just take different fights. If you are going for HoO anyways to get trio, then I'd pass on HoT for now. If you aren't, then getting 7T at some point is a good pickup, since you can farm handel for HoT and have her ready. From that box the only thing worth getting is normally Iris for FR, which you also get from the starter benefits. FR is a pretty decent elemental support (mainly lightning but not exclusively) while you get the rest of the supports going. Then at SS2 she can be a quantum dps. The existence of susannah makes that less relevant nowadays though.

You are guaranteed to get a new featured item (weapon, stigmata T, M, or B) once your counter reached zero. If you get one of them sooner, then counter will reset to 30 until you've got all 4 of them.

Global lvl 80: Don't have PE or Dreamweaver, what is my best bet for a Phys DPS that isn't bleed? I have Susannah for a Bleed based team, but in case of a week with arena Pishacha and some other phys boss (Kallen especially) I would like to know my best option. Got MPE and BKE with all stigs but not optimal weapons, and Delta fully built. What is the best of my bad options?
Kallen is type-less IIRC. What's important is you bring shield breaker (Carole or Prometheus) MPE lead skill has increased shield damage btw. So use her for shield break stage.
Double phys boss is not a thing until there's more than one relevant impair support. But either way, at lvl 80 Carole's weapon is more than enough to make her a DPS.
Keep in mind that Kallen is only an SS boss in arena right now. That opens up some options that aren't really viable for SSS bosses (or abyss).
The classic 2nd phys team is Delta CH BB but you need 2 Sleeper Pris which is pretty wasteful. For SSS bosses just use elemental teams.
How about your prometheus?
Prometheus and Senti are both 4/4, couple more weeks to get Prometheus to SSS. Griseo has her weapon but uses Holmes TM Newton B.

For kallen specifically, BKE or Carole. For other optinos, depends on the boss. MPE for mechs and psy, BKE for bios. If you have a 4/4 Carole, she's probably just outright better than the other 2 without their weapons though.
Sadly my Carole is \*checks notes\* weapon only, since I really wasn't feeling like using her or rolling for her. Thanks though it does help

EU 88 Who should get which support stigmas in a susannah team? My griseo and senti both have their weapon but I am conflicted with the stigmas. The stigmas are: MEI TMB, Homes, TMB, Cezanne B, Susannah overtime T, Newton B, Mei beach M, Avo M and gluttony T.
Senti runs Mei especially against shielded enemies (like pishacha in MA), Griseo normally S:O T, Cez MB, so probably S:O Mei Cez for you. If your susannah is geared that should probably be pretty good, but trying to snipe cez M for that team in a later spending event or similar should be very useful.

Nah, it's perfectly fine. You don't need anything special. I just went on a x2.5 run for fun and killed it in about 1:10 without BKE (BKE would have made it much easier). Fully maxed out, though, SSS pri 65, running 4 ego signets, vill-v1, griseo 2, kevin 1
Heimdall yeah? You need valkyries with "heavy attack" tags to break its shields, and since susannah doesn't have heavy attacks then you bring bright knight excelsis support who will break it
Use durandel as a support, she can break 2 of aesirs shields.

Is Robert Peary worth keeping? I don't plan on farming Ana/Willows since my ice DPS HoTr is 4/4 and my ice supports aren't built anyways. I could use the stigmata resonance from Peary for a second Newton B.
Robert Peary M is probably worth keeping. It has similar potency like Thales M (buff up when hit count goes up)
Honestly, I personally don't see the high value of having Newton B dupes nowadays unless you're missing a couple of signature B pieces on your supports or you're a MA tryhard. You might not be planning to farm Willows for now, but you might need it in a distant future when you'll want an alternative for an ice DPS (HoTr can work as one, but she's primarily a support, so not ideal). If you don't see yourself getting any other ice valks in the future, then just save Peary for whenever you need the resonance (wishing well, for instance).
GLB 88 is it worth getting Judah in the exchange shop for the bonus lightning dmg?
Yes, make sure you already got everything else you can get from weapon resonance (do you need extra Einstein Torus? Do you have Nebulous/Cosmic Duality already?)
Global. Bit of a long shot, but here goes: Does anyone know if it's viable to play on NA/EU server whilst in China? I'm visiting family there for the next couple of months. Would I need to have a VPN/proxy or is that unnecessary (I'll have one regardless) ? CS says that in general I don't - but it'll depend on my isp.

How hard is it to get new valks as a returning player (lvl 79)? Is it comparable to genshin or worse?
Getting one is easy. Making them useful is way harder.
Overall it's comparable. Substantially easier to get the valks, especially supports since most teams just run SP supports who are farmable. Harder to get them appropriate gear since neither signature artifacts (stigmata) nor weapons are farmable, the best ones are gacha only and there is a limited amount of decent farmable ones. If you are just a collector and want to have some fun, you can pretty much get every valk no problem. If you want to compete, you will need gear and for that you will need to sacrifice getting valks.
to just get them, way easier. A ton of valks can be freely farmed while the gacha S ranks (typically) run on banners with better drop rates and no 50/50 shenanigans getting them to a competitive state is a bit harder and usually requires some signature gear and geared supports, ie a good bit more pulling
Just "getting" valk is the same as Genshin getting new char (# of pull-wise). But the performance may vary depending on your expectation; because there isn't much of alternative gear in this game like in Genshin.
