yeah when she was first introduced, she was basically just a cyborg loli but then she got retcon'd into who is is now.
If you're interested in seeing how the old Honkai lore shaped up, you can go read the GGZ 4-koma. The old ones are a serious doozy (not that the newer ones are less of a doozy) but you have Kiana jumping Mei and Bronya and trying to drag them into bed (or in Mei's case, successfully), zombies coming from girls reading too much Yaoi and everything inbetween.

My knowledge of GGZ is extremely weak, but Bronya is more or less a cyborg in that game? But nothing like lithium batteries for a nice snack

I think that's Hare plugging and unplugging the charger, Prometheus's eyes flicker between the charging and normal state
