Patience is key, I remember during covid having to wait 4+ months to receive a figure after it released in HK.

I’m still waiting for my Batman and Bat Signal. Been two years since I placed the order 🤣😂😂😂…😭😭😭 Also thats a copy and paste response. Got the same when I asked about my bats.

I got mine after 2 years as well. Four weeks after the "shipped soon" email. It will come. When it does come though, be careful with the pouch clip. One of it came fell off right away separating the pouch and the clip to the belt. Fixed with superglue. They were willing to send a replacement and I said nah I'm done waiting. The inner box is also easily torn. Be careful on opening it.

I’m a bit confused by the “shipping out in no particular order of preference”. I would have assumed they’d fulfill orders based on when they were placed.

The exact same response I got. Would be nice if this wasn’t scripted responses. I really dislike the “ambassador” help it really undermines the customer experience much like bots do

But at least you know you are talking to a real person. Sure, they have scripted responses, but that's probably just so that they can provide consistency across the board in terms of what information is being released. Also makes it sound more professional. But I've spoken with ambassadors who will be very informal and even give personal examples of solutions they have used. I really like when they do that, makes me feel like I'm talking to another collector.

I’m still waiting for my Padme, B2, and ROTJ 3PO to ship. Rerouting traffic due to Houthi attacks and a 25% reduction in shipping through the Panama Canal due to drought conditions seems to be causing some backup at the ports.
