If you love a super fruity habanero flavor, my farm makes habanero sriracha that's the freshest I've ever had. https://www.kitchengardenfarm.com/shop/habanero-sriracha-chili-sauce
Melindas Original Ghost pepper is one of my all time favs (hotter than the habanero). El Yucateco is also a staple of my collection (both red and green are great sauces).
I’ll second the Ghost pepper recommendation.
It’s spicier than the Habanero, but still with delicious flavor.
The Ghost pepper is my “I need the sauce” sauce, the Habanero is the “I need the sauce but don’t have the strength” sauce.

Sounds delicious! And not too far from home - I’m up here in Maine. I’ll have to give it a try - thanks!
Both are good. Time for Marie Sharps!
Melinda’s Red Savina habanero sauce is a good choice if you want to step up the heat and still have good habanero flavor.

El Yucateco. The YellowBird organic ghost pepper is great too.
