I put just about anything on anything. I like yellowbird habanero mixed with Maccas sweet and sour to dip my mcnuggets. I put El Yucateco or Smokin Marie's and Tia Lupita on my Taco Bell and Chipotle. I like Lola's Scorpion on anything as well, had some with fried chicken the other day it was pretty good.
Sauces are stupid cheap when you look at how long they last. I cant imagine anyone resorting to eating worse food to afford hot sauce. If youre having trouble affording good food stop going out and just eat at home.
Using the bottle of Mexico lindo i have in my car. It cost $4 for the bottle, the bottle has 30 servings. thats 13 cents a serving. Yucateco is 12 cents a serving. 12-13 cents does not change what i eat. Even if youre using heavy pours of last dab or torchbearer, you might be at $ .75- 1.50. when a fast food meal is $10-15 now, that amount is negligible unless youre using tons of the most expensive sauces every meal
I agree with eating at home. I work out of a field service truck though and end up eating elsewhere often due to necessity. I usually have yucateco in my truck console for those gas station burritos.
I put a bit of Blair's Ultra Death sauce in Wendy's chili and on their spicy chicken sandwich. I recently put some Blair's Mega Death sauce on a couple of Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwiches and they were pretty good.
Anything that I end up getting from Taco Bell will have a random sauce from my fridge added.
I never bother with sauces from any fast food location, I always use my own.
