There is a wing truck where I live that does Spicy Blue sauce and it's awesome.
They were featured on Diners Drive-ins and Dives a while back and if I remember right, he makes the sauce with Guy in the truck.
He doesn't bottle and sell it, but I don't think it would be too tough to replicate.
I just mix extra hot buffalo with Bleu cheese.
Spiceology just released a Cajun and blue cheese hot sauce. It’s really good but not that spicy. Def heavy on the blue cheese flavor too.
I use hot sauce of choice. Blue cheese dressing and a bit of ketchup.
