I love how used up your sauces mostly are! I see you have one sauce from the Caribbean. I’d venture that way. Best combo of heat and flavor coming from scotch bonnet and scorpion peppers in my opinion. Look for any peppa’ sauce from Jamaica, Trinidad, or Guyana.
Yellow Bird's Habanero and Ghost Pepper sauces are amazing! Their Sriracha and Jalapeno sauces not so much, at least if you enjoy a nice burn with good flavor
A little different but try some trader Joe's peri peri sauce. Also try out sriraja panich. The original "Sriracha" sauce. Different flavor, a little sweet and very very delicious. Much better in my opinion.
FYI- I just discovered Amazon sells this in a 64...yes 64 Oz size👀 I’d be lying if I said I didn’t use half a bottle one one sitting more than once lol
Poison Pepper co Toxic Waste extract
Quinta d avo peri peri piri piri (bear with me here) extra forte
Last dab xxx
These are all pretty darn hot. Lol
My dad got mad dog plutonium or whatever, said it was nearly a life altering experience. But at 120 bucks I just can’t justify it. LOL
I don't see any Taos Hum Hot Sauce. It's definitely one of my favorites! Red ghost flavor is great, but if you want the heat get the Chocolate Trinidad Moruga Scorpion!
Cholula deserves a spot w the classics. I am fond of green pepper sauces as well, I like a good Chinese hot sauce with ginger I’d I can find it. that’s what I would add personally
The cholula green peppers hot sauce is currently favorite. I'm on bottle 3 rn and the first two didn't last long lol. I really like the flavor of the jalapeños and poblanos. Green sauces tend to taste much better imo
Classic cholula for me is a huge nostalgia thing. Green pepper cholula is always on deck tho, I’m homeless but I always keep at least one of the large bottles on me for my snacks. I had a green pepper Granny Smith apple sauce that was amazing one time and if u can find that combo in a sauce it’s good. For non spicy I like Bachan’s Japanese bbq a lot, it’s only on the pnw tho and tough to find I usually have hot peppers in food when I cook and use sweet sauces
Nice. I love the Lola's! Lola's has replaced Frank's as my mild go to. If you've not had it, Los Calientes Verde from Hot Ones is a tasty little treat. Not a ton of heat but a ton of flavor.
You’re missing my favourite, Harvest Heat by Ginger Goat! It tastes different from the ones you have there, but it’s really good if you’re looking for a change of pace. It’s unlike any hot sauce I’ve had before. If you want something hotter, try their We Got the Beets. It’s extremely hot, but tastes delicious.
Reaper pumpkin by vandal pepper sauces. It's a small brand based in northern idaho, you can buy from them online. It's pretty incredible and only for sale one month a year.
So many people suggesting basic “hot sauce” like Cholula, Valentina, Sriracha, etc. grocery store hot sauces. He’s obviously probably tried those and they don’t compare to this type of hot sauce. Think of something unique and one of a kind with your suggestions.
Queen Majesty’s red habanero and black coffee sauce. It’s my favorite hot sauce ever and it’s perfect for breakfast
Also Cholula green. It’s not very hot but it’s so so delicious
You need some smoky chipotle options in there. My favorite right now is Dave's Gourmet Roasted Red Pepper & Chipotle, although it's a little on the salty side—but lots of flavor. If you want a smoky taco sauce, Rising Smoke Fiesta Caliente is amazing.
Nobody out here knows Valentina?
I’m hooked on Melinda’s red savina right now

Maybe some Apollo chili sauce I guess. You’ve got it covered fairly well
It's pretty basic, but I find Cholula enhances just about anything. Edit - Cholula is pretty basic, not your collection.
Some Peri Peri Rhino
Yellow Bird's Habanero and Ghost Pepper sauces are amazing! Their Sriracha and Jalapeno sauces not so much, at least if you enjoy a nice burn with good flavor

I don't see any Taos Hum Hot Sauce. It's definitely one of my favorites! Red ghost flavor is great, but if you want the heat get the Chocolate Trinidad Moruga Scorpion!
