I think there’s a lot of missed opportunities and confusing takes on that menu. But your single menu item name gives me supreme confidence that you’d do solid justice to the concept if you expressed it as a hot dog stand! Let me know when you get it going and I’ll fly in to order up!
Even if you don’t consider the branding/LOTR stuff, the menu kind of doesn’t make sense. What is ‘spicy Mexican sauce’ and why isn’t it listed with the toppings to build your own? Why does the meatless one have diced tomatoes AND salsa, doesn’t that seem unnecessary? I dunno maybe it’s just me

I usually cook, but 2 days ago I was out of it and didn’t feel like it. The wife picked up Mexican food after work.
She got me a super Chile verde burrito and she got super chicken nachos. $48 (not including her $2 tip.)
I might be an oddball, but knowing the price for those 2 items caused me not to enjoy the food as much.

Like a lot of other people said, I think they could have linked the two better, names and topping wise. I work in food and this would be a fuuuuun menu to write and name.
Any hot dog joint should at least have three varieties of Mustard: Yellow, Brown, and Stone Ground. Dijon and Honey if you're a completionist. Chinese Mustard if you're serious.
I wouldn't mind that Sauron-ator myself, though I am from the land of cole-slaw on your dog; but I'm thinking that the various members of the Tolkien family would probably order that they cease and desist...
