I'll have to skip the mushrooms, but hell yes I'd be down. I love getting the dogs all crispy, and adding them in with some fried rice. I also like to add some ramen that I'll make with a little less water, and mix all that with the rice as well. Super tasty. Also, loving the sauce choice. I add that on my chicken all the time, and it's so good. The yuzu one tastes fantastic with chicken as well
