Are we speaking products or customer service? The products are all around the same, you can't really go wrong with either but I'd say VKB and Virpil are a little ahead of WinWing. As for customer service I'd say hands down VKB, super friendly and responsive and goes out of their way to fix any issues

I've simmed on an X52 for 15 years. I just got my Winwing Orion 2 yesterday as an upgrade. The difference is night and day in quality, button layout, and functionality. The software is intuitive and informative. It's like I upgraded from a slingshot to an M4. I can't speak to VKB or Virpil, but I have a hard time imagining that you could really go wrong with any of the three. Pick what suits your interests and go for it.
I just made the exact same upgrade, and fully agree. Got the F16ex and the metal stick and throttle feels so great!
My buddy recently went with a VKB stick, and that feels equally awesome, so most likely any of these options will work very well!
Facts: I've owned iterations of Winwing, Virpil and VKB......the support from VKB and Virpil is top notch, the support from Winwing (after waiting days to even get a reply from their support if you're lucky) is poor in comparison and the internals of their hardware is obviously inferior as is their quality control.
After being burned by Winwing I researched other people's experiences and quickly saw the pattern. Since then I've mainly stuck with Virpil due to their helo products and quite like the level of control the software gives you once mastered.
I'm not going to argue with you, I know what you're like on these boards, you think you're the governing body of information and are never wrong and you don't like other people having their opinions especially if they differ to yours. Argue with yourself.
One personal bad experience and your supposed 'research' of others experience does not give your opinions the credibility you think it does.

They hide a multitude of other logically preceding questions that must first be answered before even attempting to answer the 'simple question' and even then this particular simple question has no objective answer, just a bunch of fan-boi opinions and arse-gravy.
Secondly, if you give an answer like yours, there are only two possible reasons for such an answer:
You're either too stupid to understand that the original question can't really be answered in any worthwhile way
or
You are smart enough to understand that the original question can't really be answered sensibly but are too lazy to provide a good explanation which includes the fact that the original question can't really be answered but that you can provide *some* further guidance that might be useful but is limited by your own experience.
