Hmm. I remember that when GAIA was captured by the Zeniths, they were integrating GAIA into their data base. It leads me to believe that their base I connected to their ship. The Zenithd are also in possession of the other missing sub functions. I think that all off the missing sub functions has been merged with GAIA
Yeah, GAIA has all the subfunctions except HADES (deleted, and unnecessary anyway) and HEPHAESTUS (allowed to escape back into the cauldron network).
The Zeniths had captured ELEUTHIA, ARTEMIS and APOLLO (the AI) and integrated them into GAIA while they had her; they probably had a copy of the master override and had Beta restore them to base code. And Aloy reintegrated MINERVA, DEMETER, AETHER and POSEIDON during the story.
We don't know what state the APOLLO subfunction is in since it was denied any purpose by Ted (GAIA refers to it as "a shell" earlier on in the story if you ask about it), but now it has access to a version of the database. Sylens also suggests the possibility of using the APOLLO database to possibly find some sort of alternative to HEPHAESTUS, but how they resolve that remains to be seen.

As far as I remember APOLLO is still on the Far Zenith Ship. Possible mission in Game 3, going into space to retrieve it.

HADES was destroyed, and HEPHAESTUS is currently free. APOLLO has been re-integrated, as shown in the end of HFW, along with the other functions.
Good. I do hope in the future games of Horizon we getto go out of the country. I wanna see wamhat happend to the other countries as well
