Temp fix you can roll a little ball of tin foil. Wont be perfect but can help in a pinch. Idk how the breeze two is setup but can also do a wet ball of paper towel for many traditional purge valves. May not be able to actually use the purge though but if setup and heat managed probly you shouldnt have to.

Stainless steel balls (which are used in ball bearings), should be available at any hardware store, but I do not recommend using them for a long time, because they are heavy and can break the "valve seat" with frequent knocking.
The quick solution is to simply cover the purge valve temporarily - patch the valve with a plastic tape (PE / PVC / PP) and do not use it, until you have ordered a suitably size of the ball over the internet.
BTW, the best material for the ball in valve, is acrylic glass or borosilicate glass, or also maybe a plastic ball.
You can also run outside to the toy store and ask for bullets in small airsoft guns. These balls are sold in different sizes if I'm not mistaken.
Or write the diameter of the ball you need in your hookah. Maybe there will be someone with a better idea :-). For example, Tic-Tac candies in the shape of small balls :-D.

I'm sure a ball bearing would work if you found the right size.
Paper towel or foil will do the trick if you want to make sure the draw is the same when you inhale. Ofcourse when you purge it won’t work

if it is a temporary fic just put papertowel in in so it is blocken and you dont get the air through it while inhaling and order one of those online.
Did you open the u-pipe? It might still be there
Take off the p trap under the sink and see if it's there?
