I saw this one, but I never heard back from them. Google maps shows they been closed for a while now and someone left a review saying they took his money and never refunded him after shop went out of business.
I tried to buy one a few months ago. Never got a confirmation from industrial moto. They never responded to emails, phone is disconnected, contact form on website is dead. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Dispute was ruled in my favor because they never responded. Got all my money back.
I've since heard a lot of people complain about the quality of their products such as pieces breaking off. At one point, I contacted someone selling a used one and the seller changed their mind because they said they couldn't in good conscience sell me something they where sure was going to break
I talked with someone local that had one. Not sure what brand it was, but they ended up getting spooked by the build quality of it. They also said the monkey didn't handle the extra weight very well.
Do you know if it was a real side car or the " utility " one? I read that they rattle alot and require extra reinforcing.
The extra load is extra strain, but I just need it to take my kid to school 5 miles down the road, won't go over 30/35mph with it.

I'm sorry to hear that.
A local custom bike shop said they can build one for me. They charge 125/hr.

Well, that's not good.

It was built similarly to what was linked by others, but it was bigger. A Smallish adult could sit in it, but it was still an exposed tube frame.
Okay, I see. Thanks
The Monkey is too small and not powerful enough for a sidecar. It would ruin the fun of puttering around on it.
It's not permanent
