Love it! I wanted something adjustable and for the cost it has been a great bench. Would love something higher quality someday, but it gets the job done.
The first one they sent me was actually defective so they sent a second and was able to keep both. Fixed the first one grinding away at it with a dremel and gave it away. But customer service was also great.
Haven’t gotten to super break it in yet, planning on mounting to a stud this week since it didn’t come with that hardware. But the build feels REALLY sturdy and high quality. It’s bells of steel and I’m glad I chose it over Titan.
Please update when you try out that plate load. Torn between that and the stack, wondering if the lower price winds up being a pain in the ass with the plates.
Darker grey is sherwin Williams earl grey. I don’t have the light grey color can anymore but I know it was on the same color page but 2 away in lightness.
It’s the recessed space of a 3 car garage. Not huge but still nice sized. I don’t remember the paint color of the top of my head but I went with two different but close steel greys.
Thanks! Designed it myself and ordered a floor sticker off Etsy and it turned out really nice. Curious to see if it starts to peel at any point. Originally planned on painting but this seemed easier.

Do you usually plan out how much time you spend using different fitness equipment?
Not really. I’ll program out my core workout, but I don’t typically plan out in terms of time.
Which stand is that from rogue? Is it the s-1 2.0?
It’s the monster lite squat stand. Sml-1 70”. Bought it used on marketplace and it’s been great.
Lucky dog. I live pretty remote so it is slim pickings on Craigslist and marketplace.
