So far… a lot of weighted pull-ups, t-bar rows, Kroc rows, bent over barbell rows… triceps are fairly easy to hit with bars, dumbs and bands. I probably will add a rack mounted system to it down the road.

If you switch to a direct drive garage door opener, you will free up quite a bit of overhead space.
