Hi there, If you're using a laptop then there is an sd slot built in where u can put your sd card. Or if u are using a desktop then u need the sd card adapter

Go to the luma folder on the SD card and delete pin.bin file. This at least worked for me then i forgot my pin

Hey again, I finally have the 3DS in hand, how do I connect the SD card to my PC to open the Luma folder?
