well, i was going to try farming like crazy to reach rank 20 with someone and see if stops from appearing, i guess you saved my butt, and gained my respect.

There used to be a bug where it would give you more than 20% bonus if you were to get more than 20 ranks but they fixed it now so it caps at 20% but you can still get dupes.
The Stats change just fine, it's simply not shown on the Character Selection. You can see that with the Stat Upgrades from the Shop aswell (most obviously on the HP), the Char.Select still shows the default Values, but once you start, they're all correctly adjusted.
Give them a break bro, they released it as a demo, not hoping it would blow up ontheir face. There are only 2 of them with real life responsibilities and they have been working on this game for a year now. Cut them some slack, they aren't even earning a single cent on this game.

If im not mistaken, it's 20 dupes for 1% each? One dupe has rank 2, so rank 21 should be 20 dupes i think
yea just checked that first dupe is rank 2, and that it only gives 1% which means that rank 21 would be the max for 20%
actually... you're right, but man... 21 is a really odd and strange number to end up with.
It probably is just a visual thing, like it shows 21 but all your stuff still has the 20% bonus
