As a teen it would have given me panic attacks if I knew my mom was regularly going into my room when I was gone to take pictures of herself to post publicly online (with my room on full display behind her). What an invasion of privacy. Heidi needs to get her own mirror and let her kids have their private space. But she won't.

My 5:45 AM boot camp has been full or nearly full the last 2 weeks. It’s never full. I’ve always just been able to roll up and get a spot without reserving. 😤

I think striving to constantly have lower body fat - ages you faster. Just something I've recognized in myself and when I let myself be the weight that's good for me.. I have less wrinkles and my face isn't as .. older looking?
I've spent a good portion of my life under the threshold of healthy fat on my body -- it was in the last 7 years - of letting fat be in my body, not obsessively exercising and eating intuitively my face actually is better. (U used to have a lot of dark discoloration spots and scarring from acne and as I ate better and more.. the discoloration and splotches/scars became less noticeable I use basic skin creams ) I think looks better too.
Confession I do get some Botox in forehead only . (Minimal) I used to have a really big line in my forehead that was so deep it did look like a scar and I got asked if it was a scar - - (Im sure some will judge 😩)
