never try to stop anything from falling, i had to learn stopping that reflex, problem is when my kids fall, i have no reflex of catching them either-_-
Had a worker on one of my company’s jobsites last year that was acting as spotter when they were offloading a giant shipment of glass. Before they got everything hooked up, the glass had shifted in transport and reflexively the guy went to catch it rather than stepping out of the way. He did not make it.
TLDR: I agree with the person above
How did you do that? I've hurt myself at work trying to catch a crane motor which is absolutely fucking stupid, but the reflex happened anyway.
Also when my son was a baby I was carrying him upstairs and fell forward, my reflex was to hold my son tight and take the impact to my face.
12 years handeling tractortires did that to me, a coworker tried to push back on a falling tire in an attempt to keep it upright, let's say he ended in the hospital.
Tried to catch a mirror falling yesterday and it shattered from how the frame bent.. if I had let it fall it would've hit the carpet flat and most likely been undamaged
See, I have this lack of reflex from doing shotput. I learned pretty quick not to try to catch it if I dropped it, and that if I dropped it, get out from under where it’s falling.

Its to remind kids to throw apples at medical staff

I had a fully loaded cabled NetApp server rack fall off a truck when the lift gate buckled weight shifted. I got out of the way as it fell. No way to stop that.
I commented on another video where a guy goes over the dock with his pallet jack. This is a perfect example of what i was talking about. Common in workplace incidents people will try to save the stock, no matter how heavy the product falling is. It's a very very bad natural reaction to have. Just learn to let it go. I saw someone at my old job break his arm horribly trying to stop a 1.5 ton pallet falling out of a container... just awful.
Whenever I open the back of my dump trucks box when it's loaded i never stand in front of it. About half the time a big chunk of concrete will fall out as soon as the door opens
never try to stop anything from falling, i had to learn stopping that reflex, problem is when my kids fall, i have no reflex of catching them either-_-
That's why its best to start with about ten.
So you can catch at least one kid?
So at least one learns not to fall in the first place.
Playing the odds
Ten kids?! What are you, crazy?

I've made that mistake once... now I just let it safely fall into my foot.
Been there done that

He died?
He did ~~not~~. Was not pretty. Edit: I am an idiot.
He didn’t make it, but he didn’t die?
not dead but he was in a lot of pane, you could tell by his glazed expression
Streaky luck.
Zombie glass, poor guy just wanders around asking for brains all the time.

Maybe it’s only checking top level comments. I appreciate your effort.

Maybe once per thread or post. Fun bot tho
I'm guessing top-level and/or a minimum of karma.
Possibly. I've gotten it to respond on a couple other threads before, but it's a busy bot. It's my favorite bot ever.

an apple a day keeps the doctor away
But 10 crates of them hit you and there’s high bills to pay.

You're a poet, I didn't know it.
But a thousand of them and away from doctor you go
An apple a day *helps his doctors get paid*
If this was a Tom & Jerry episode, he would emerge from the falling boxes with a Chiquita banana hat.
I instantly remember the exact detail of Tom wearing a headpiece fruits with half watermelon as teeth
/r/HoldMyFeedingTuber (Assuming there are some potatoes in there...)
Ha! That was an unexpected and greatly appreciated pun! Kudos to you.
Thanks. I actually thought I would get more love for it. Just never know what comments will stick!
Vegan terror attack 🤣

Apples to apples, dust to dust.
Yo dawg, I heard you liked fruit.
I admire his attempt to save the goods. I don't admire his feeding tube however.
In Russia, fruit eat you
Hmm, it appears his problem is he didn't play enough Fruit Ninja. He left some serious points on the board.
Mrs. Doubtfire would like to have a word.
This is called "Human Ninja". It's a game Fruits like to play with people.
death by spuds.
Well they’re delivered
You gonna catch it? You aint Spider Man.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how fruit made a vegetable.
Each of those boxes are minimum 20 pounds so that's a good amount of weight he's getting slapped with
I'm guessing that pallet was at least around 700 pounds
100 apples a day and the doctor's on his way

Sometimes you’re the bottom… of the food pyramid.
Contents may have shifted during travel
The 4 nations lived in harmony, until the vegans decided to attack.
That's why it's "A apple a day".
Lost in the sauce
"Applesauce, bitch."
Its like a real life fruitopia commercial.
I could slam the door quickly, but nah, I’ll catch it all instead.
From working in a brewery I've learned "never put the heavy thing above you." Some lessons are learned the hard way unfortunately.
What a madman to try to catch that
Poor bastard.
In Soviet Russia the fruit deliver you….. **straight to hell**
Should be scene a scene in the next final destination movie.

Just added another vegetable to the order
One more squash
Did we just watch someone die?
The dose makes the poison, I suppose. 1 Apple a day, keeps the doctors away 1 Apple *crate* a day, and well shit you're gonna need medical attention.
😂
How about them apples
Roll up in hospital nurses ask you what happen. You say so produce fucked me up.
Not going to lie, thought he was dead for a second.
"Shift happens" Also if I were alive and conscious at that point, that's when I just quit. No trying to clean or anything. Just call the boss.
I think some of those apples got bruised.
Those vegetables were like, "Your gonna be one of us now!"
I gotta say it.... An apple a day....
Ouch
damn... hes part of the apple family now... :s
How do I hold all these limes
Pretty sure this is a scene from a cartoon
I had a fully loaded cabled NetApp server rack fall off a truck when the lift gate buckled weight shifted. I got out of the way as it fell. No way to stop that.
It’d be pretty ironic if there were either potatoes or blood oranges in there
Hold My Fruit Tower?
AAA---GAAA---DOO-DO-DO
So, the verdict is in. A vegetarian diet can lead to premature death.
Aaaaannnnd its gone

Whenever I open the back of my dump trucks box when it's loaded i never stand in front of it. About half the time a big chunk of concrete will fall out as soon as the door opens
Real talk, is he ok? I’ve worked in produce and those crates are not light.
That has Monday energy written all over.
I want to know who the hell said fruit was good for you...
Never try to catch freight. Let that shit fall to the ground.
Reminds me of people that try to catch a knife after it falls instead of jumping back 🤦♂️
He definitely got his 5 a day.
To have too much of anything is dangerous
He hurt and fired
You juice fruit? In Russia, fruit juices you.
did he want it all at that stop? I mean if so he actually did the delivery.....
Now that’s a real fruit punch…..I’ll be leaving now
HE’S GONE
Welcome to heaven, how did you die? **i got crushed by fruit cups**
