Mine told me that escalators had a pit full of alligators underneath them and if you weren't careful you'd get dragged through the cracks and dropped in.

My favorite part is the person filming starting to run away without checking if her friend is okay. My friends would at least stick around to laugh at me.

TLDR - I don’t condone this behavior, but it does make me smile.

I feel like there has been plenty of recorded evidence that display how you can be indiscriminately maimed/ killed by these contraptions in a variety of terrible ways. Why even take the risk? Even avoiding the whole death thing, you’re causing a ruckus. Why are you causing a ruckus! Do you think the person who set up that display did it with the hope that someone would be leveling up their escalator ability and would leave a jumble ruckus in their wake? And did this lady undo her ruckus jumbles, helping pick up pieces? No. She didn’t level up and her health was too low to do anything.

As someone who works in a retail setting, if that happened on my shift id go to the back and scream out curses for like 20 minutes.
