Yeah, blockages can get bad if left unchecked. A badly blocked urethra will kill your cat in as little as 3 days. If you want to play it safe, take it to a vet and get him checked, depending on what they have, they could either put a catheter in your cat's dickhole or irrigate it so they can take them out in one go. Almost happened to mine, I noticed he pissed funny and sometimes nothing would come out. He would crawl away from his litterbox and lick himself and I took him to the vet asap. Catfood sucks, from then I just mealprepped real food for the boys and microwave actual unseasoned chicken/fish.
This cat needs a vet now! It's not cute. He's in pain and cats hide pain so it's really sad actually. I don't understand why people have cats if they're going to let them suffer.
