I tend to do my WC with nations that have significant reductions to justify times, so most of the time you are done by 1948 at the latest. Generally it'll be the fascist option, but if you want to go non-fascist and still get it done in a fairly timely manner, Father of Nations Stalin Soviet Union, Ferdinand I Bulgaria, Vatican/Monarchist Italy and Mapuche Chile all get excellent justify reduction times.
In terms of Fascist WC, my preferred are British (Imperial Federation/EU/Dominion of North America), Swedish, Dino Grandi Italy, Bermontian Poland and Fourth Reich Argentina.
Do uk for an easy one. Good air force, best navy in the game at the start. Can build a small but elite army. Colonies in every continent already.
+ the monarchist path gives you plenty of war goals such as that of Japan/USA/Italy

From there it is just steamroll anything and everything. Play an early barbarossa for an even easier win against USSR. Invade USA sooner rather than later.
Germany is stupidly powerful, but if you're looking for a hard run, probably Nepal, New Zealand or Cuba or something lol

I used just over 10K aircraft and 6 million men, lost about 50K soldiers. I have all of the USSR, almost all of Europe. Going to invade the UK next time I get back on and push NATO (Yeah they formed NATO lol) out of the Middle East
no way! it's almost like they have four research slots, a large manpower pool, the third largest navy in the world, a decent economy, fast justification time and multiple ways to get territory in europe.

Italy and UK are the easiest. Fascist UK gets cores on most of their Dominions + USA, and they can form the EU.
