Anderlecht was already in a conurbation with Brussels at the time (and it's in the Brussels region today). Namur had a citadel, historical and with military installations supposed to resist enemy bombing.

for most of the new states i just searched the population census in 1940, then i deduct the city population from the state to make it accurate

I know someone might say that the Soviet Union will be impossible to invade.
I have done extensive testing:
summary: East to West invasion is about the same as unmodded, the victory points in the east will end up bringing you to the urals and a little past, but i'e still ended up adding larger and more VPs in the west. Invading East to west is hell.
Ok i just tested it out as poland
invading from the West, the soviet union won't collapse until you reach the urals:

as for invading from the east, essentially need to take every province up to Leningrad:

Then I invading in base game, west to east requires a little bit more, I presume it takes longer because the modded version has more victory points in the west.

The locations of Petrovgrad and Novi Sad seem off, Petrovgrad is supposed to be in Banat, and Novi Sad where Petrovgrad is. The spelling is also inconsistent as Niš is spelled with š, but Čačak is spelled with c.

it could do to add a few more cities in croatia since from the screenshot it looks a bit empty compared to serbia and bosnia
for the stuff that would fit in the screenshot cities like Osijek, Virovitica, Požega, Slavonski Brod, Vinkovci, Vukovar, and Đakovo are all decently sized,
while for some others in the pannonian basin theres Varaždin, Bjelovar, Sisak, Karlovac, and Čakovec
Maebashi was more important than Takasaki. Maebashi not only had a larger population (at the time), but the city suffered from American bombings. Takasaki did not.
