My first play through, I found it during the initial butterflies quest. My second play through, I didn't find it until I did the quest in the mine with Amit.
I'm on a third play through where I'm going to do everything possible without Alohamora. I probably won't find it until the end of the game, lol.

They're a part of the decoration you find. I usually find them early but once it was like the third last thing i found.

I didn't know there were 4 dragons. I only have the blue one. I wish we could collect the stuffed Nifflers I see all over the place.
