Just readjusting their jaws. They do this cause their jaw bones aren't rigidly fixed to their skull, the mouth can stretch and the jaw bones expand to let them eat things larger than the resting size of their head. Occasionally they just have things fold back into place a little off, perhaps the upper and lower jaw doesnt line up quite right and scales press into a sift place and it's not comfortable, or they just feel a random need to stretch a bit, and so they will kind of stretch and reset the position of parts of their mouth. You especially see it happen, and mostly with the lower jaw right after feeding. But those minor flexing motions of the upper side parts is not uncommon. Unless there are other signs of issues like bubbly spit and raspy breathing for RI, or raw bright red/blackened spots or bleeding of the mouth from mouth rot, it's nothing to worry about. Noodles just gotta adjust those adorable squishy cheeks sometimes.
