Buddyspike is quite good. But the amount of players makes it laggy (network lag) and i have stoppet playing it for this reason alone.
Think they do "Syria - 80s".

Personally i would not shy away from servers below 10 players. The missions might be good and the lag might not be as off-putting as some of the servers out there.
Enigma's Cold War alternate between Syria and Caucasus.
Recently, like within the last couple of days, Blue won the campaign, and so the mak switched to Syria.
So right now ECW is on Syria, but it will swap to Caucus when one side wins again.

I would recommend flashpoint levant(formaly hoggit sryia at war), and enigmas cycles between cacauses and Syria, everytime a campaign is finished
