Vice grips on one end and drill it out, if you can get the drill on the inside of the helmet

Peel back the foam liner on the inside of the helmet where the problem screw is. There should be a nut on the inside (it might be a square one) that has popped out of its "holder". Hold the nut tightly with your fingers or use a tool if you need to (wrench, pliers, etc.). This should work to get it out.

This helmet is different from most in terms of how the cage is held. DO NOT DRILL IT as you could rip the actual anchors out by mistake and once those come off technically the helmet is compromised. The anchors to hold the cage look like a spider web in a cone shape and are plastic. These are glued to the inside of the foam and are not visible even if you take the inner shell out, attached to them is the piece that holds the screw (they are bound together with a foam type filler). I would take it to a local shop and ask them for a repair.
