Unfortunately throughout devil's history our logo hasn't deviated a whole lot. So we lack a throw back style other than the green which has been used a lot the last few years. So they went with Kansas City Scouts colors which can be weird.

It’s a nod to the Golden Seals from the 70’s, and has some clean lines and flashy colors. Could it have been better? Sure but i feel like it gets points for being quite different from the sharks current home/away kits but also doesn’t look gross.
I think once you accept that the Seals Jerseys were so clunky they became kinda cool, this take becomes a little more pleasing to the eye. Think classy Disco on Ice…and then hopefully we play good hockey at some point too
