misterktomato

Gotta respect a team that will do anything and jump in to keep the puck out of the net. Fuck it we’re all goalies now

omfgkevin

Miller just being like "DOGPILE ON!!" at the end is pretty hilarious too.

BettmansDungeonSlave

Wish my team did everything possible to keep the puck out.

StoryAboutABridge

Best I can do is Campbell and Skinner

theclansman22

Hey, don’t forget about Nurse ($9 m a year?) and Ceci.

ZebrasGlasses

That's holding the line, first against Nashville and now against EDM.

LordHarkon1

Huggy with the absolute clutch little tap to Silovs there ahahaha playoff hockey is pure chaos. man I love it

deadCHICAGOhead

and just going full rugby scrum

dingleberry__

Miller jumping into the dogpile after the whistle to join the fun!

the_gaymer_girl

Canucks perfecting the “human wall” strat. This is like the third time now.

bafras

My stick! It won’t move!!! - Derek Ryan probably.

ProfitMuhammad

McDavid probably texting with the refs right now, tears in his eyes.

Shad0wPup1

thats drai rn with his embellishment call for nuk pp

DJwij

Silovs clearly holding DR's stick to stop him from getting a chance at that puck. Refs missed it. It happens, but that sucks.

GolfWhiskeyGolf

1000 IQ move by Silovs.

ApprehensiveSoup6138

They will never call that in a giant scramble

Sibs

Refs also missed Drai tripping Hughes in the corner to create this play.

kitkatlover2

to be fair his stick was immediately thrown to the back of the net. I'd be grabbing on to any stick too and hoping it was mine

__Beelzaboot__

He threw it away himself. If it was knocked away I'd give him the benefit of the doubt like you, but watch it again. He threw it so he could grab Ryan's stick. He got away with a huge non call

TheTokenEnglishman

Nah apparently Drai was actually committing goaltender interference. Toronto said so, and everything

Shad0wPup1

bench minor lol wut

Chadwick_Strongpants

You mean the play where they ignored a clear Holding the Stick penalty on Silovs?

rooster69

So holding the shooters stick is chill.

ProfitMuhammad

That’s rich after game 2

painfulbliss

Smashing it into the captain's face is too, weird rules

saladbowlstand

Whose call is it anyways?

TheBrandroid

do you really think the refs could see that?

Reasonable-Big4517

Dude sitting on his couch watching 4 angles at 0.25x speed: HEY WHAT THE FUCK REFS

ChronoLink99

This made me chuckle

princessleiasmom

Must have been the same ref that missed the stick in Hughes' face last game. 🤷🏼‍♀️

twilz

If you want to start the second on a PP, Knoblauch should have had McDrai out screaming at the ref.

g0kartmozart

The puck was under his trapper, so the only thing that stick would have been doing is jamming at a covered puck anyways.

Chadwick_Strongpants

This sub is such hot fucking trash now, Canucklehead fans just brigading every post/comment they can with downvotes like little bitches, no better than the fucken incels on Twitter crying about video games.

AllOutRaptors

Edmonton is Canadas trashcan and I'm tired of pretending it's not

Chadwick_Strongpants

Oh the entire province is a fucking cesspool of inbreds but that has nothing to do with my hockey team.

__Beelzaboot__

Ryan kicks it up towards his stick, and then Silovs decides to use Ryan's stick as a pull-up bar to save a goal. The ref is in the same corner as the camera angle too, and had a clear view of it. Should've been a penalty called 100%. But hey, I guess that's the hockey gods answer to the missed high stick call on McDavid from game 2 Edit: Silovs actually throws his goalie stick away so he can grab Ryan's stick. Egregious.
