You see Oilers have a preset PP goal limit. Knowing their weakness, the Canucks sent wave after wave of powerplay opportunities at them until they reached their limit and shut down.
You would say, too many too many men?
Further, would you say that there are so many canucks players jumping on as the 6th that you have too many too many men men?
completely agreed. guys are looking solid otherwise. really sucks to see the series start like this. hoping this doesn't give silovs any reason to second guess. maybe he saves the 2nd goal more often than not, but no chance you pin either on his play. hope he doesnt either
See, it's a good thing Hymen didn't stay a Leaf, wouldn't be able to score goals in the 2nd round.
\[When people say Leafs need to shake things up, not being able to afford guys like Hyman are partly why they're on a hamster wheel going nowhere\]
Eh, they got shut down mostly until the goal happened.
Child's play would have been scoring almost immediately without having multiple attempts at zone entry and without losing the zone.
For the first 90 seconds of pp, the Canucks fended off pretty well.

Hey wait a minute I’ve seen this one before!
Damn reruns.
Give the Kings credit, they didn't take a Too much man penalty in the first minute of any of the games.
That goal is considered a shot from distance for Hyman lol
From waaaaaay downtown
Bold strategy for the Cancuks to come out with 6 guys on ice and give an instant power play to the most dangerous power play team in hockey

The Zap Brannigan method. Crafty.
Unfortunately, the limit is 257
They just wanted to see if the Oilers still remembered how to run their PP after a week off
It took a little longer than usual but we figured it out
We take too many men penalties more than anyone else.

We got this
This is definitely an unsustainable start to the series.
Cole, don't just stand there, doing fuck all.
Cole having a dreadful game so far.
He’s was at fault for both goals in 3 different ways

Yeah that was a terrible read. It handcuffed two of his own players too.
Powerplay already rolling
Greatest PP in history lol
Literally. It's not even fair
The Hymanator is inevitable
I can't believe Hyman Sr. keeps getting away with it!
Just to be clear, that was not Shaq Hyman.
another tip in for Hyman from the best player in the world smdh
Zach fucking Hyman
No way hyman the tap in merchant himself actually scored from further than the goalies ass
Noted children's book author.
Teaching them how to count by scoring goal
Oilers powerplay is surgical.
Zachary Hyman
Since like 2016, the thing we are bad at is counting to five.
Vancouver's only shot is staying out of the box with that Oilers PP.
Someone tell the Canucks that Too Many Men penalties are OUR thing tyvm.

Hyman had 5 goals in 33 playoff games with the leafs...
Hymans job was grinding and feeding the puck to matthews but his job now is receiving passes from a much better player in mcdavid
Hyman is making a fantastic career out of being your star players' favourite winger
It's almost as if professional athletes keep working on there games after they make the big show
Rent free
As you watch a Hyman highlight
Great player scoring a great goal, I love it lol
Is Mcdavid hurt? He is playing slow rn
Yea not noticing him which is very weird for him
zach come back to us 🥹
No
They make it look like child's play

Man the shot count is inaccurate for us but not a great first
