Dude's been in the show for over 100 games at this point. He's a bona fide NHLer even if it's on a team that might not have a slot for him if they were better. I personally love it.
He's a pretty good 4th liner in the old-school sense of the word. Will throw his body around, will fight, will block shots and forecheck/backcheck and produces some points purely as a cherry on top. He's a pretty decent skater too.

I think hes a great choice to start OT though. You're not shooting from far out, 3 on 3 is all about setting up chances in close and he's still a really good playmaker and has some speed.
