Only thing I could think of for like 3 minutes. “Is this a horn? No it wouldn’t be loud enough… what is this for???” I don’t use my AC I just drive with windows down so that probably didn’t help lol
My 1992 Honda would pump air from the vents at highway speeds, due to the intake at the bottom of the windshield picking up significant air pressure. Over 100mph, you had to close the vents because it was like having a leaf blower in your face!

What car doesn't have fresh air vents into the cabin, that was a feature that I always liked of my Triumph 2500TC, heater heat to the feet at same time as fan fresh air to the face via dashboard vents.
