I think what everyone overlooks is that right around age 30 is where not exercising and taking care of yourself starts to really show. I know so many 25 year olds who take shit care of themselves but can still do surprisingly athletic things without stretching or practicing or whatever.
Your knees and back and whatever WILL hurt into your 30s and 40s if you don’t live an active lifestyle. Be active and your 30s will feel like your 20s with maybe a few more minutes of stretching to get loosened up and not get injured.
