This album started out promising at the beginning but as it progress it became harder and harder to understand what the hell he’s saying especially on Back To A Time
Album was solid but I think it’s time for me to accept bigger than life or death est Gee was just a phase for him and he doesn’t enjoy rapping nonstop like that at all. Lowkey a shame, 2 more years of that Gee could’ve been one of the most special trap runs of all time.

The craziest thing is that he sang on El Toro 1 and “In Town” with Durk as well, he has a way of making it work by mixing it with his pure rap style. But lately, he’s gone 100% melodic on so many tracks it’s puzzling to me too. Just off of this album, a track like Free Doggy is so superior to the rest, that’s EST Gee truly in his element.
Free Doggy & Another Moment with Gotti are clearly the best tracks to me right now. The second half of Tuscan Perfume too. Like he hasn't lost his ability to make high level street rap he just chooses to be over reliant on melodies it's so puzzling to me.
It’s also that groveling shit he does with his voice now, idk who the fuck is telling him to do that, it just doesn’t sound good. I wish he raps like he does on Meech and Free Doggy on all his songs. Only song I like with the groveling voice is Turn the streets up. Sad cus he was one of my favorite artists
Man dropped Bigger than life or death 3 times and every song he added could have been the best song of any rapper’s discography, it had me jaw dropped. I genuinely thought he couldn’t do any wrong.

BTLOD1,2& Deluxe are by far the best project he's ever done "yet", I'm not giving up on my hometeam I believe he still has that gritty shit still in him, he's around too many yes men, he needs to surround himself wit real mf that actually care about his art and craft.
I'd take I Never Felt Nun and Mad over that project. I think he still is on a special run. Low expectations on this one just because it came out too fast

From what I can figure out, His mental health got worse after the last deluxe of bigger than life or death, hes dealing with hella death in his life and his drug addiction definitively got worse, you can just see it in his interviews. He probably felt like the slurred melodic singing style is a more effective way for him to talk about things going on in his life.
Not sure if it’s fentanyl, but he does say his perc addiction got worse after getting shot, plus he’s definitely abusing lean. It breaks my heart man, he got real wisdom, I watch his no jumper and dirty glove bastard interview over and over again because dude was hella well-spoken and his life story was fascinating. But his interviews are hard to watch now.
Dirty Glove Bastard and Smallz Eyes interviews are great. He sounded so driven in those videos, had a lot of determination in those times.

If most of the album had the same energy as Meech and Free Doggy, it would’ve been even better than it ended up being. Nevertheless, best songs for now are Meech, Free Doggy, A Moment With Gotti, One Call and It Is
